Super impressed with the customer service side with these guys. Speed of replies was so quick I could barely keep up. Put the wrong delivery address for a birthday gift and they sorted it out for me.

I’ve had a very concerning experience with Retropia’s affiliate program.
My payment has been delayed, and communication has been extremely poor. The last response I received was on April 2nd from their Customer Support Manager (Ryan), stating that they would check with the affiliate team and get back to me shortly.
Since then, I have not received any meaningful update or resolution.

This lack of transparency and delayed payment is very worrying, especially for affiliates who depend on reliable payouts.
I strongly recommend caution if you are considering working with Retropia.

The customer service at Retropia is unlike any I’ve dealt with in the past. They’re quick, helpful and overall amazing. There was a slight issue with getting one of the perks in a bundle that I ordered so I reached out to their customer care. Within 30 seconds I had a response, immediately addressing the issue and giving tips on how to solve it. Mind you, all of this is happening on a Sunday… if that doesn’t tell you how they actually care about their customers then I don’t know what will. I can’t wait to receive the products I ordered and put them to use. Retropia definitely gained a long term customer! The staff is amazing!

I messed up by ordering wrong item. I immediately went and sent email to ask if they could change it. Within minutes customer service had responded and they went the extra mile to chase it up.
Even checked what model I had and reassured me they would try to sort.
Within hours…. Everything was sorted out and my order changed.
Can not rate their service any higher…. So helpful, polite and respectful…. IMHO went the extra mile to make my experience the best.

I ordered a lens thinking it was black but it was actually pink. I reached out to see if it could be changed. And Bradley reached out quickly. He took ownership when he made a mistake and reviewed the wrong order. He didn’t make excuses at all. He just apologized and fixed it. Once he reviewed my order he walked me through several possibilities of how he could solve my issue. He remained poised and professional the whole time. I felt seen, heard, and taken care of so much that by the end of our interaction I didn’t even care about the pink lens anymore. Just happy to be getting such a good product and happy to have had the interaction with Bradley that I did. This dude is a super star and deserves a raise haha.

And again no answer from them! They are claiming it’s “new email system” - but look on the reviews, it’s been like this for months. Customers report support unresponsiveness all the time!
As for the refund - although I’ve cancelled my order within 2h time frame stated on their own web site, they charged me for delivery! Bcs they haven’t been answering for weeks to my cancellation request! That’s a scam! Same as their lenses - they cost 10$ on AliExpress. So ask yourself, if you wanna pay several times more for Chinese lens and 0 customer service. I wish I would have seen all these multiple reviews before I’ve started dealing with these scammers!

Postal Service lost my package unfortunately. The team (mostly Bradley) at Retropia were so understanding and helpful. With communication and a little patience they were able to resend my package. I cannot wait to try out the lens and flash kit. Will probably buy every product they put out from now on just for having such an awesome team!

UPDATE: after two Months trying to get a repIy, I have been informed that I will receive a lense FOC. This has been shipped in the meantime. Hope it arrives this time.
