Very pleased with the item I purchased from Retro. I was a little sceptical when I received it, so I validated it by checking the authenticity label codes online and it resulted in being authentic. Totally happy with my purchase
Totally happy with my purchase, only thing I was slightly un happy with with was the delayed delivery, I paid for next working day and arrived 2 days late. I put this down to the delay caused by covid. Other than that perfect, item is lovely and genuine, this was the cheapest I could find online anywhere. Thanks

I purchased a boys Armani sweatshirt, the logo on the front print and stitching were wonky, it was a fake. I sent it back and got a refund.

We're very sorry to hear you were not happy with the quality of the product you recieved. However, we can assure you that our products are not fake. The particular product you are referring to had an abstract logo design on the front. This was the design by the brand. This was shown in the pictures of the product on the website.
You could also have checked the authenticity of the product using the Certilogo program which is a website you can scan the QR code on the products label to verify it's authenticity. As EA7 and Emporio Armani are both involved in this program, you would have been able to verify the authenticity this way.
I understand you were frustrated that the product did not meet your expectation. However, I can assure you it was not a fake, we are an independent retailer and fight to reassure our customers that ALL our products are authentic and can be verified.
