Brilliant site
Brilliant site. Great prices, loads of nice designer gear. My versace tops didn't fit so I sent them back. I got a refund within 48 hours. Great. Will use again.

I'm so sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with us. I have looked into your order and can confirm you placed your order on a Friday at 8pm at night.
Our express delivery is for 'next working day'. Therefore the order must be placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday as our couriers do not deliver at the weekend. This is stated on our product pages and in our delivery policy. However, as it was Easter weekend, it is common practice for couriers not to be working on Easter Monday. As a result, your product was delivered to you on the following Tuesday which was the next working day.
