We had a free retrofit home visit. It was immensely helpful to have someone so knowledgeable come and talk through the specifics of our house. Although we are not in a position to do a full retrofit at this stage, it was incredibly helpful to think about what we might prioritise, inexpensive things we can do to improve the efficiency of our home now, and what we might look to do in the future (and thus what to take into account as we re-decorate/update the property). I feel much better equipped to start the process and know I could reach out to Retrofit West for their advice.

Matt was on time, communication was great and he was extremely well informed. My questions were all answered and I received a lot of information I wouldn't have thought about. The follow up email was a helpful summary of what we discussed and included useful links

Within 1 hour I learned so much about what was possible in my house. I thought I understood the basics, but this was much more practical and relevant to me and my property, taking my knowledge to a new level.

An incredibly helpful resource — Matt spent an hour in our property giving really useful, impartial advice on the improvements we can make. I found it especially helpful that he put together a 'roadmap' of sorts, laying out to some degree a recommended order in which to start making improvements. It can be so hard to decide where to start sometimes! A great service, I can't speak about it highly enough

Matt came to visit my small bungalow and it was great that he was there in person and was able to see what heating system, windows, type of walls and loft insulation I have. He gave me professional and accurate assessment of the whole property. I have an excellent insight on how to make energy efficiency changes and what I need to explore to achieve this. I already have an appt for an air to air for heating and cooling the home. Matt also provided an emailed overview with suggestions ie consider upgrading windows and boiler, maybe explore solar with battery and really future proof the home to be not only energy efficient but reduce those future bills. I can refer back to my email at anytime.
