not so impressed anymore !
we were impressed with these at the beginning but few months in iv started doin my daughters hair and iv noticed there is ALOT of snapped hairs in between sections near the root ! ( quite prominent ). obv she couldn’t see this at the back but i was pretty shocked tbh as her hair has always been in beautiful condition using all best heat protectors to help prevent this from happening ! her very long hair is going to need a lot of treatments to bring it back ! 🥹

Bought the Revamp Progloss Airstyle
Bought the Revamp Progloss Airstyle. Used it for just over 12 months and then the clip holding the tools in place on the handle decided to stick in the handle. Tried to contact Revamp three times over the space of 3-4 weeks but no reply. Now have a product I can’t use. Loved it before it broke. Customer service is rubbish. No telephone number only a form to fill in that may be replied to in upto 3 days! Still haven’t had a reply!!

Progloss Liberate ST-2500
Nice product, easy to order, good quality, quick delivery however the only downside is the straighteners need charging way more often than my wife, who only has shoulder length hair, hoped for. Using for at most 5mins a day she only gets 3 days use out of them.

Would highly recommend!
Great to use, keeps hair looking nice without over drying and looking flyaway. For fast drying and hair feels smoother after than with other driers. Very good value for money.

Portable hair straighter useless as it doesn't charge
I bought a portable hair straighter for my daughter for Christmas and she tried to charge it for the first time after the battery ran out.
The hair straighter didn't take a charge and I tried multiple power adaptors and still it did not take a charge.
I emailed customer service and I have not received any response for any help or guidance.
