I didn’t receive my item! And nobody replies to my email !!!

The price for a re-con model was good. Arrived 2 days after order , so alls well at this time , as ever the proof will be in the pudding , following use.

First time ordering from Revamp,needed a new hairdryer for work. Found website informative and excellent communication from company. Really quick delivery too!!! Would recommend and use again.

Amazing customer service! :) I bought Revamp Progloss Airstyler for my 19 year old daughter recently, however she has very short hair so she said this hair styler was not quite what she needed and she wouldn’t be able to take full advantage of that product. Basically for her current hair style a simple hair brush dryer is more suitable. I had one of the best customer service experience though. Very friendly team, speedy response, no fuss returning the item even though the Australian Post office just dropped my return item outside of their online shop without the required delivery signature! Also, I in my opinion the design of this styler is pretty nice.

Made the worst purchase of my life, I purchased the revamp enigma precision dryer, upon opening the box the hair dryer and accessories smell like cheap plastic, the hairdryer itself is bulky considering it is travel size! Turning on the hairdryer there is a high pitched sqealing sound from attatching the attatchments, the hairdryer is really loud even louder than the low price hairdryers i own. Absolutely go with a more well known brand, do not waste your money with this brand like i did 😪

Customer service good. Product faulty, after a month started not holding a charge and even when plugged in it switches off after not enough time to finish hair.

The item was delivrred to the wrong address even though it was cotrectly addressed

delivery was quick and the cordless straighteners I purchased are easy to use and effective.

The item I bought unfortunately wasn't right for me and I had to return it. The customer service was excellent and I received a refund very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Unfortunately the straighteners heat very slowly even when fully charged and don’t straighten my hair effectively. I did query with Revamp as to whether they were faulty and was sent a standard email reply with a step by step guide as to how to use straighteners. Not helpful and not able to return

I have bought a refurbished hair brush for discounted price for the first time and it’s just like new.
It changed my perspective on buying refurbished items .

Ordered product paid extra for express delivery which is next day delivery. Delivery arrived at the end of 3rd day. Emailed on 3rd day to ask for an explanation why 3 days later I still haven’t received item ?
I received a response your item is out for delivery today ! Still waiting for an answer regarding refund for express delivery after emailing 4 times

Read the reviews on Trustpilot which were mixed but ordered anyway. No problems at all. Quick acknowledgement of order, dispatched fast and delivered intact.

My second purchase which equals no other hot brush. It is well constructed simple to use, and the results are pleasing.
The only negative don't use the brush too close to the scalp if hair is short to avoid burns.

Fast delivery, good customer service, bought the cordless straighteners heated up fine but I have quite wavy hair so didn't provide great straightening for me even at 230 degrees.
