Quick delivery and amazing product! The cordless hair straighteners are small but mighty, definitely recommend them for on the go styling!

I needed a replacement part for the hair dryer it was easy to locate on the website and turned up in a timely manner well packaged.

These are the best straighteners I have purchased. They make my hair so perfectly straight and the shine is incredible. Normally I always purchase ghd and pay a fortune. So thank you revamp for your producing this product at a very reasonable price and I only wish I had tried your products earlier.

Bought straighteners and paid express shipping. A full week later the money is out of my account and they still haven't been shipped. Refund requested. Don't buy if you need by a certain date!!

Absolutely love my straighteners my hairs really thick and no other ones worked hair was still frizzy and never looked straight till a bought these and my hair has never been better

I have read the bad reviews and most mention lack of response etc however I can't fault them honestly.
I bought one of their products back in Nov 2020, it worked great for the most part however over time some issues started. I didn't feel safe using it any more because of these issues, so I contacted their support in regards to their 3 year warranty. They emailed me on the same day, lightning fast, and advised me not to use the product any more and asked for me to send info over so they could verify and also proof of purchase. They were very quick to respond and say that they'd sent out a replacement unit for me which would be with me in 3-5 working days

I did mention on my initial query that I would like an alternative product as a replacement as I didn't feel comfortable getting another one of the same product due to the concerning issues I'd had. Only reason I've knocked 1 star off is because they ignored this aspect of my enquiry and just sent a replacement out.

I emailed back pointing out the above and they cancelled my order. They said they would be back in touch with me within 5 working days with a decision regarding an alternative product. It was less than 5 days when they reached out to say my order had been approved and they would send the replacement out. Now I did mention that I hadn't made my experience with their product public in terms of the specifics of the issues so I'm not sure if this swayed them... but fantastic customer service nonetheless 👏🏻

Availability and speed of supply

Product is absolutely unreal. Partner has spend a lot of money on hair straighteners over the years including big brand and the value for money from this product isn’t beaten by any of them. Cloud9 doesn’t even come close

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, one week later still not arrived. Apparently Evri have lost the parcel. Still trying to get a refund for the straighteners that I never got.
Best advice - go to Amazon or a shop instead.

So simple & easy to use. So fast. Leaves hair in great condition- 2 days later I still have a wave in my hair. No more frizz, no more spending ages getting it right or wrapping hair - whoever designed this needs a medal. Beyond delighted.
