I couldn't recommend Reve Diamonds anymore.

After having an awful experience with a previous jeweller who designed my ring I went to Reve to get their honest opinion. After speak to Xenia, I decided to design my ring with Reve. I had pretty specific requests in how I wanted the ring designed and both Xenia and Genevieve paid close attention to this. The ring is absolutely perfect, as well as the diamond/quality. Nevertheless, they are always happy to amend anything that you're not happy with.

Additionally, they're super quick to respond to emails or calls.

Overall, the ring took around 2 weeks to make.
It was an extremely personalised experience which I really appreciated.

After looking into a number of alternatives, I decided to go for a bespoke engagement ring with Reve and it was a fantastic decision. Xenia was extremely knowledgable and proactive through the process without ever making me feel pressured. We ended up with an amazing design and the perfect stone to go with it.

Overall, an excellent experience and we’ll no doubt be back for our wedding bands.

Great customer service. Transparent, knowledgeable and trustworthy advice on diamonds - which are more complex than you might think. Definitely worth an in-person chat with Ottavia, should you need some reassurance.

Xenia was amazing throughout the whole process of finding an engagement ring. I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first, but she guided me through every step, including the specifics of the diamonds, answered all my questions with regards to band, styles, and insurance. She was extremely accommodating and quick to find solutions to my requests. She was so kind to have upgraded my ring and the diamond free of charge to suit my needs! It was truly an amazing experience and the ring is spectacular. I am very grateful to Xenia and to Reve.

Xenia was fantastic from start to finish. I initially left the order last minute and they were able to turn the ring around for me before I required it.

The aftercare is also excellent. I was able to have the ring resized (twice) at no extra cost and my other half wanted a metal change which was also doe at a reasonable price and a quick turnaround.

This was one of the best experiences in my life! I worked with Xenia and I can say she is an amazing professional! Xenia has been superb and a real asset throughout the entire process, and I couldn't recommend Reve diamonds enough! Xenia provided a really bespoke experience, with a personal touch. She was patient throughout, never rushed me, and took the time upfront to educate me on what was a very daunting prospect. She helped me design the ring based on my budget, gave me expert advise, helped select the diamond based on lots of comparisons in person, and even went the extra to find the perfect diamond from Isreal. Xenia and Ottavia were both wonderfully charming, had great attention to detail and expertise in diamonds. They advised based on customer requirements genuinely, making the whole experience relaxed and supportive.

Reve Diamonds provided me with a placeholder ring while I waited for the 'real thing' to be made, which ensured we got the right size etc. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful & they seemed genuinely pleased for me! The fact they offer laboratory diamonds also felt good/green!

I and my partner wanted to design the engagement ring together. There are so many vendors out there and millions of designs in the market, we were baffled. We read good reviews about Reve and decided to give it a go! The best decision we made :) Xenia was so patient and made the whole experience so personal for us. She helped us narrow down a design. The next hurdle was we wanted the ring made in 3 weeks during December! She kept us updated during the ring-making process and even upgraded the diamond free of charge as the one we selected didn't meet Reve's standards. We are so happy with the engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning. Thank you Xenia :) We will be shopping at Reve again for our wedding.

Xènia and the team at Reve diamonds made our experience truly perfect. They are incredibly knowledgeable; they talked us through the options available and showed us the differences when we made changes. They have a great number of products to choose from; we were asked what we would like to see on the day and we got to look at and try on a number of different things. They are incredibly patient and kind; we changed what we were looking to buy to keep it within our budget and they made it easy to do so, refunding us the extra we originally paid. And they are incredibly warm and welcoming; lots of laughs, lots of talking through what we liked and didn't like (in person and on email) and most importantly...complimenting on what looked good.

We never felt pressured into buying something we didn't want, and the list of aftercare is also really great.

My partner is beyond pleased with the purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Reve to anyone else.

My partner and I had only a rough idea of what we want in mind going into our appointment. There were many sample rings in different styles to try on to give us a better idea of what we like. Xènia was a great help in deciding on the final look and no matter how specific your requests are, nothing seems impossible.

The ring has a beautiful centre stone of fantastic quality. I just can't take my eyes off of it.

Thanks to the exceptional service we experienced, we decided to get our wedding bands from Rêve as well at the same time. My wedding band was made to match the engagement ring perfectly and we could even get them engraved right away.

Rêve is always available for resizing, regular checks and for repairing any damages that might occur in the future.
