Yet again and funds stalled because of a security risk. Join the in app messaging service to explain my predicament and nothing done. 3 hours explaining to an empty head that it's my funds going to my account and I'm on your app through my customer account. What more can you do for this shambolic company to prove your id. But when I have been fraudulenty had money taken they close the case because not enough evidence, although having everything to prove I'm right. Then whilst messaging the customer advisors go missing

I was expecting good quality, but I'm very disappointed. The watch I received doesn't even work — the hands don't move at all. I tried everything, but it's completely useless. I really expected better. Definitely not worth the money.

Great quality watch at a sensible price. I have 35 automatic watches, including: Tudor, Armand Nicolet, Montblanc, Rado, Longines, Oris, Muhle Gashutte, Glycine, N.B.Yeager, Maurice Lacroix, Certina, TAG, Archimide, Limes along with Premium Microbrands and my Revelot 42mm Hexmariner sits proudly alongside all of them. Terrible quality watches.

I bought the R10 Admiral GMT Storm Steel May 28, 2023. ORDER #11820.

This is a fragment of the email that I sent to support 15 days ago, still waiting for a response:

The watch is not working properly, during this last month there are days that it is delayed around 15 - 40 minutes. For example, if I set it in the morning at 7:42, and I check again at 9:30, the time on my watch will be around 9:15. At the beginning, I thought it was because I set it before some movement and therefore it has no battery, but after multiple tests this is not the problem, it happens again in the middle of the day after I have worn it since the morning.
