Wir sind Revendo. Wir kaufen und verkaufen gebrauchte Elektrogeräte in top Zustand (vor allem iPhones, iPads, MacBooks und Android-Smartphones). Damit sorgen wir dafür, dass die Ressourcen unserer Umwelt geschont werden.
Ein zweites Leben für deine Geräte:
Revendo wurde 2013 von zwei Freunden gegründet, um ein wachsendes Problem zu lösen: Immer mehr Smartphones und Computer landen auf dem Müll, obwohl sie noch weiter genutzt werden könnten. Gleichzeitig gibt es viele Menschen, denen ein gebrauchtes Gerät noch viel Freude bereiten würde. Diese Lücke wollten wir bei Revendo schliessen. Und so fingen wir an, gebrauchte Geräte zu kaufen, diese zu reparieren oder aufzuwerten und sie dann wieder zu einem günstigen Preis zu verkaufen. Das Konzept war erfolgreich und so zählen wir bei Revendo neun Jahre später schon mehr als 120 Mitarbeitende und 10 Filialen. Den Grundsätzen von Upcycling und Wiederverwendung sind wir dabei stets treu geblieben.
Von Apple bis Android:
Unser Grundsatz ist, dass wir zu einem fairen Preis ankaufen, günstig verkaufen und Geräte professionell reparieren. Zu Beginn haben wir uns dabei vor allem auf Smartphones und Laptops von Apple konzentriert, da diese Geräte eine top Qualität haben und zudem äusserst langlebig sind, was sie natürlich ideal für Upcycling macht. Dank unseres Wachstums können wir aber mittlerweile auch refurbished Android-Smartphones anbieten. Daher findest du bei uns neben iPhones, iPads, iMacs und MacBooks jetzt auch Smartphones von Herstellern wie Samsung und Huawei in unserem Sortiment. Neben gebrauchten Geräten verkaufen auch jede Menge Zubehör wie Smartphone-Cases, Schutzfolien, Taschen und noch viel mehr. Das Zubehör ist neu, wir nehmen aber vorzugsweise Hersteller ins Zubehör-Sortiment, die sich ebenfalls für Nachhaltigkeit und Wiederverwendung einsetzen.
Persönlicher Kontakt in Filialen – gerade bei gebrauchten Geräten:
Der persönliche Kontakt zu unseren Kunden ist uns sehr wichtig. Gerade beim Kauf eines gebrauchten Geräts will man dieses gerne mal vor Ort sehen, es in die Hand nehmen und vielleicht auch die eine oder andere Frage stellen. Dieses Bedürfnis unserer Kunden haben wir schon früh erkannt und daher neben dem Online-Verkauf auch viel Energie in den Aufbau unserer Filialen gesteckt. Diese erlauben es uns, unsere Kunden vor Ort von unserem Service zu überzeugen, das beste Gerät für sie zu finden und so Vertrauen aufzubauen. In der Schweiz sind wir mittlerweile mit 9 Geschäften vertreten. Letztes Jahr haben wir zudem mit unserer Filiale in Wien den ersten Schritt ins Ausland gewagt.
Übrigens bleiben wir auch bei der Einrichtung der Filialen unserer Philosophie treu und setzen bei der Inneneinrichtung auf ausrangierte Objekte und wiederverwendete Materialien. So können wir den Kunden unser Upcycling-Konzept auch in den Geschäften näher bringen.

Description was not precise
Description was not precise. Especially that it was described as "good as new", while the screen was significantly scratched and the battery was also not as good as advertised.
It was still a good bargain, but not transparent enough with the shortcomings.

My phone was stolen in the mail. I received an empty box. The company does nothing to compensate me and offers no solution. They don't seem to insure their shipments. Avoid at all cost.

Sadly, the case Outside the acceptable delay for such a case.
Furthermore, packages that get stolen in a Mail because are sadly not insured through the Postal service neither trough us since they were correctly delivered.

The iPhone display had far more little…
The iPhone display had far more little scratches on it than I would have expected for the description. In price comparison to others, I would have gone with the other retailer options if I had known and gladly paid just a very small amount more for perfect condition.

iPad as promised
The search and the listing of articles was easy and well informing. The item was delivered promptly and arrived in the condition as described (almost new) in original packing. Setup was just like a new tablet.

No Apple packaging
The Apple Watch was good but there was no Apple packaging. I didn’t read it on the offer otherwise would have picked another item or bought new. For such an old item without packaging the price would have been lower

Good products if you don’t have to use the warranty…
My wife bought an Apple Watch ultra for my birthday end of April, and I was absolutely happy with the device. Then after 3 months of normal use the Watch stoped and couldn’t restart, Revendo was really quick on their answers and suggested to send the watch back to them. We did send the product back (without charger because only the Watch didn’t work) and received another second hand Apple Watch ultra after only 10days; however the condition is not the same, there is few visible marks when the former one was in perfect condition. Following the Revendo products on the website we noticed that this Watch was sold around 90chf less than the first one.
When we mentioned these differences to Revendo they justified about the time of use (3months) and the Watch condition (I put a screen protector and a case the day I received the first watch). On their website Revendo is giving a warranty without mentioning depreciation or whatever there is; we were waiting for an equivalent device or a gesture of goodwill.
We buy from time to time second hand product on Revendo and always have been happy about the service and the product received even if we understand there is a potential risk with these procuct but here we experienced a bad warranty experience which is a real shame, and the final answer of the customer service was, so far, not acceptable.
I therefore advise you not to have any problems with your devices from Revendo and not to have to use the warranty provided by them…
