I love using reverb. I never go to buy new pedals because I can find a great quality used pedal for so much cheaper. The sellers are also very genuine and I have never had any trouble with shipping or receiving items. I love reverb and the value I can get from it.

This is a scam site 😠 they take your money and expect you to pay more in shipping then when you don't want to pay extra they charge a load of illegal fees, never heard of a Restocking fee ever, super stressful and horrible customer service DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE especially not outside of the UK

Overpriced gear with hidden charges for sellers outside of the United States. Instead of buyers in the USA being charged with Trumps tariffs (like they should be) the put it on the seller outside the USA. This is unlawful. Now the require you to have a PayPal account to sell as well. Bollocks. Im going to market place.

Reverb seller fees are atrocious!! Very greedy company.

Have had some very bad experiences with sellers misrepresenting the conditiion of their instruments.

For the past 3 days I have been trying to report a seller to Reverb for misrepresenting the condition of the synthesizer he sold me and for not providing a tracking number for a soft case he sent me. As a result the package ended up being stolen from my porch and the seller won't respond.

The only way to contact Reverb is through their chat which doesn't work. That makes contacting them impossible as that is the only means of contacting them they offer.

Jay shipped the G-1275 in a very secure package. I received it within a reasonable time, and he responded to let me know when it was being shipped. The guitar is pristine and well cared for. The price was more than reasonable. I played it for 4 hours when I received it and loved every aspect of the instrument. Thank you, Jay, for selling me such an eclectic instrument.

I had an issue with my purchase and reverb was quick to make things right. Communication was very timely and I was able to come to a resolution very quickly.
I feel that I can trust Reverb with all my purchases because of this.

Reverb in my opinion is the best online shopping experience for musicians. It’s easy to navigate, even for an old guy like me who first starting playing guitar in the early 70’s. If you are looking for a particular piece of equipment at a great price, you will find it on Reverb. Had been looking for a particular amp set up with a certain speaker, and had a budget I wouldn’t go beyond. Knew it wouldn’t be easy, but found it on Reverb. It’s a competitive set up with the sellers, so you get top notch service from them. Agreed to price and made purchase late Monday morning, it was shipped UPS BY Early afternoon. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

I recently ordered 26 parts from Reverb for a Les Paul project. Due to their multi-Seller platform, I was able to find all the required parts except 2, which were out of stock (and the cost of eqch was refunded immediately).
I did have one negative experience with one Seller, which I can accept given the other parts were delivered within 3-6 days. Reverb is my new go to site for guitar parts.
