Bought my new car recently and I’m very happy with the service it all went really smoothly and quick .
People that work in this company are very friendly and professional I really recommend this company.

They were all very polite and friendly, also knowledgeable about the vehicles.

Its a rare quality these days to find someone so polite, helpful, informative and willing to advise on the best course of action even if its not to their benefit. I came to see and drive their BMW Touring. While I was out they checked out my car and gave me an honest appraisal and the best way to go about selling it. I wish all dealers were like this. I can 100% recommend them.

1 million stars if I could give it! Sadeq and Hamid were amazing! I didn’t go and see the car but the video updates were enough! Every step they did from the inspection, to when the car had been washed to when it was getting its ceramic coating and alloys touched up, they provided me with a video. I absolutely love the car it is in great condition and well taken care of. These guys helped me source the car and it does not disappoint.

Also shout out to Alex who delivered the car he went through the car throughly with me to make sure I am happy and showed me everything I needed to know! Really appreciate the team and would definitely use again in the future.

The 4 star rating was based on my honest review from start to finish and did receive a good level of service, aftercare service was equally very good.
I wasn’t left with much room to negotiate as I was hoping but nonetheless it was fine. They did manage to give me 12 months MOT and Fix the dent. The valet was ok although not to high expectation. On the whole a very good purchase. The sales agent did his best to get some of my requests through and overall relatively pleased with the car.

Looking for a car. The one I was interested in did not pan out, however Mehdi and team worked to find the right one.
2 weeks down, car is parked outside. All the good stuff, +any blemish was advised to me both verbally and with video.
Agreed to purchase. Car delivered by Alex, another great service.
It is everything described to me. Exemplary customer service, start to....that journey remains...one day I will need a newer car, and I know who I will speak to first!!!!

Simple and quick

I had a fantastic experience at [REVERIE AUTOS] I bought a HYUNDAI SANTA FE last week, The staff was very friendly and helpful specially (MAHDI), making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience buying a used Tesla Model 3 from Hamid at Reverie Autos, I am thrilled with the car. The team come across as really professional, helpful and informative, without any pressure. I had a string of questions to help make my decision and the team were great! I'd recommend buying a car from them to family and friends; a really great service!

I handed over my Maserati Levante and entirely delegated its sale to Reverieautos. It took them about 2 months to sell it. I did really appreciate their transparency and professionalism during this 2 months period where they took care of my car, notified me clearly with every enquiry, clearly communicated the proposed offer, and finally advised me honestly with regards it.

So from the standpoint of the sale it was fantastic. Very welcoming, no pressure sales guy called Ali ( lovely, pleasant guy) answered all questions confidently and if he was unsure it was checked out to get the correct info. Now for me this is the most important side which is the after sale support. I have reached out on a number of occasions to ask for someone to call me and everytime was told " someone will return your call" or " yes ' sales manager' is due to ring you later this afternoon'. Now this was some time ago now and still NO return call. This is doesn't instill confidence for what I needed to talk to them about which was a couple of issues that have arisen after purchasing the car. So, I will call them instead which I guess I should have done in the first instance. Update to my previous review.

Okay so I was contacted by a very helpful guys Hamed ( forgive the spelling please) and he gave a sincere apology for not reaching out sooner and offered a very understandable reason for this and stated that a slight back log in calls and follow ups had occurred due to staffing issues with sickness etc.

We discussed my concerns with the vehical and right away it was booked in to my local garage for diagnostics works to be carried out prior to authorisation of payment but was assured no matter the findings it would be taken care of as a gesture of good will. There was more than a couple of issues that occurred from Perrys where I was taking the car to get sorted and as soon as I informed Hamed of this he said to leave it with him and he would liaise with them and take care of it from there on in. Which he did. I was contacted almost everyday, sometime 2 and 3 times a day to check in and make the anxiety of it all disappear.

Once works had been orthorised it was paid for immediately and work could begin I was left without my car for less than 24hrs with the main issue being taken care of but I will have to go back to perrys to have the other part fitted which is no big deal to me at all.

My hand on heart I can honestly now say the after sales service is second to none and I would most definitely refer friends and family to this small family owned car sales business. Nothing was to small or to bit for them to deal with and all the stress was taken out of my hands by them and I was left with a very smooth and reliable service.

Absolute 5 star review from me after the service I have just received. I have 1 month left on my warrenty with the company and I'm sure should any other little gremlins crop up they would be dealt with in much the same manner as these have been right now.

I have a smile on my face again and faith in this company completely restored.

When I am ready for a new used car I would head back to them in a heart beat.

Mohammed in after sales is a credit to the company, I had some issues that took my car out of warranty and Mohammed was able to sort these out in a timely manner with no hurdles for me to jump over in the process. Extremely professional.

Sadeq lead the sale of my new BMW and he was amazing from start to finish. A couple of issues outside of his control delayed me picking up the car, he was 100% open and honest about them and ensured the car was in like new condition for me to pick up despite it being 7 years old. Sadeq was fantastic and communicated with me every step of the way and explained everything clearly and with no pressure or “hard” sales pitch which reassured me and knew he has the best intentions. Would definitely use Reverie again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality used car at a decent price.
