I came across this app on Snapchat and…

I came across this app on Snapchat and saw they were having a promotion sale. I decided to try it as I’m started my weight loss journey. So far I have to say this app has helped me to stay on track and want to watch what I eat and be more active. It’s been so easy to use and I have recommended it to my friends and family as a way tool for their weight loss journey. Only issue I have come across is not being able to go back and log in things that I forgot to log the previous day. It lets me log in meals but sometimes I get busy and forget to log in my water or exercise. Overall I rate the app a 4 of 5 but only because I can’t go back to log in missed steps.

Can't go wrong with an ethically responsible business.

To be honest. I was not able to work the program but do have some feedback.
Really appreciated the consistency of email communications to stay on track. In the process of ending the program, Samantha responded immediately, was diligent about all the questions I had, and was very professional and personable. Samantha demonstrated the quality of customer service her company should be proud of and competitors need to pay attention to.
I gladly recommend Reverse Health as an ethical, customer driven business.

still getting billed

I did sign up and then cancelled my subscription. later realized I was still getting billed 56.00. that was last year. when I contacted RH they said my subscription was cancelled in July 2025. I am still getting billed in 2026.
and the payment comes out as RH. where are you located.? Have talked to many reps and they also trying to figure out the problem

The program is excellent

The program is excellent. It was a slow start for me to learn all the moves, but I’m halfway through right now and doing so much better and enjoying it very much. I did have to cancel and the help center made it easy for me to do so but it’s only because of finances otherwise I would’ve kept going longer. I just couldn’t do the auto subscription at this time, but I’m hoping to rejoin the program as soon as I’m able.
