I am not pleased with person doing tai…

I am not pleased with person doing tai chi movements. There is no instruction, no slow motion. I’m only on day three, so can’t make a fair judgement yet. I’ll keep trying.

The exercises are too easy

The exercises are too easy. Once I move to intermediate or advanced, I run out of days and don't legitimately get a 4 week plan.
Also, the audio on the videos come off and on.
The people you have in your ads aren't doing the easy workouts. You're marketing to athletes and then providing workouts for beginners.
Was disappointing.

The video had stopped working and I…

The video had stopped working and I contacted them they had me try several things that did not work. Then they said that they would give it to their technician and he would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing.

Happy so far!

I have only had the chance to do two workouts but I love the exercises so far. Gentle but constantly moving. I can feel the burn after just a few minutes. I am just a little unclear with all the extras. Will have to spend some more time on the app.

Charges not clear

Signed up for this and enjoyed the app for the first month - but I feel the billing isn't clear and it lures you in. My initial plan was €9.99, but I've just checked my bank acc and for the 2nd month I was charged €44.99. That wasn't in any way clear that it would just so much, I wouldn't have signed up!! Needless to say I've cancelled and will keep a good eye next month to ensure no more money comes out. While the app was good and I liked using it, I now feel scammed. Very disappointing.

Update - customer service is very good and resolved issue satisfactorily.

I find this app difficult to use

I find this app difficult to use. Logging food manually is time consuming. I wish it were more like my fitness pal that has a database of food, including nutritional facts to select from. I can’t seem to figure out how to manually add exercise either. It would be best if it could connect with my Fitbit watch to upload my exercise data.
