I bought one items from them as it was…

They will take the money and send the scrap like gadgets. The ten days return policy is fake. They will not take back the product, once they will deliver the product. You will lose the money, once you try to purchase something. Very bad customer relations.

I bought a device there after four days…

I bought a device there after four days it gave me problems with batterycapacity.I applied for a refund on April 20th. After being held in Quality Control (QC) since April 28th, I received a notification today stating that the item is being shipped back to me. However, I requested a refund, not a return of the product. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue but have not received a response.I just want to know what happened to the refund I requested?

Very good overall experience

Very good overall experience from ease of ordering, good customer service received and excellent condition of the iPhone ordered. The iPhone received was in perfect condition and looked brand new.

Exceptional service

Defective Charger

Worst customer service experience in UAE

Worst customer service experience of 15 years living in the UAE

First and last time ordering from Revibe. They sold me a fake iPhone — confirmed by the Apple Store — and when I tried to return it after just 3 days, they claimed it was “out of warranty.”

Buyers beware. I would strongly advise against purchasing electronics from them.

Excellent experience
