Superfabulous

I bought an iPad and there is nothing that says it was used. No scratches, previous data wiped out. We also got a new cover unexpectedly aaand I got a discount voucher for my next purchase which will def be happening

Very disappointed in misleading quality description

Very disappointed . I bought an iPhone 12 mini and chose condition : Excellent worth 649 dirhams. The phone arrived half charged. By the 3d day the phone was dead and I tried to charge it with the wire charge that was provided but it didn’t work. Then I tried my own charger but the phone is still dead.

For return you must return the phone as factory setting but the phone is dead how am I supposed to reset it.

I requested a return and refund but when the pickup guy came he refused to take the phone back because the boxi didn’t provide the bubble wrap phone cover back with the box and the white cardboard piece within the box.
I had only kept the box . Once the phone worked why would anyone want to keep the plastic and cardboard.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was nice and reassured me the issue will be resolved. However
I, unhappy with the post purchase experience.

I’m very disappointed will not deal with revibe.me and won’t recommend them to anyone. It feels I’ve just thrown my money in the garbage even though I chose excellent condition. I got a half charged phone that only worked for 2 days till the battery died and now I cannot even get a refund for misleading description.

Update:

After taking the phone to an expert on Sunday May 10, I got the folllowing observations:
- charging cable is not original
- screen has been opened ( surprising for an excellent quality)
- charging outlet is not placed correctly
- charging outlet not working
- the phone specs are USA not GCC
- the screen keeps pushing inwards it hasn’t been placed properly
- silicone used for screen came off easily when rubbed

As for the issues and observations mentioned by the third-party expert, we are unable to confirm or comment on them before our own technical team receives and inspects the device, especially since no concrete proof or report has been shared with us regarding these findings.

Please proceed with the return claim and hand over the device safely packaged, and we will ensure the process moves smoothly from there.

Wrost experience Very disappointing…

Wrost experience Very disappointing experience with Revibe. Poor product quality, false promises from customer support, and extremely slow delivery service. Even warranty requests and returns take around 20 days, which is unacceptable. Customer service needs major improvement. Would not recommend based on my experience.

The device was in an immaculate condition when I received it. I chose excellent condition and when buying my iPhone. And received it in well conditions and it looked like new phone. As a first time iPhone user I’m so impressed and happy with my phone.
