Excellent Quality Device – Like Brand New

The device is perfect and exactly as described on the website. The quality is 10/10, and all the functions are working perfectly. It came with all the accessories, although the cable is not the original one, but it still seems good — 9/10. There are no scratches or dents; it looks just like a brand-new iPhone. I am very pleased to have bought a device from Revibe.

Poor QC on products and inefficient customer support process

Fantastic buying experience initially, but if something goes wrong with the product, be prepared for a long wait.

I bought an iPhone for my daughter in Jan 2026 and even paid extra for the “excellent quality” option. Within 4 months, the screen suddenly stopped working during normal use.

Here’s how the after-sales process has gone so far:

• Revibe asked me to fill out a form to “raise a claim” and mentioned claim acceptance takes 1–3 days.
• The phone was picked up on April 25th.
• I then received an email saying I could expect a response by May 5th.
• Since I still hadn’t heard anything, I contacted customer service again and was told that simply checking the phone and updating the customer on the issue could take 13–15 days.

Something that would probably take 10 minutes at a regular mobile repair shop is taking over two weeks just for an update. At this point, I still have no idea when I’ll get the phone back.

It definitely raises questions about the quality checks on refurbished products and the efficiency of the customer support process.

Still waiting to hear back from them, and depending on how this ends, I’ll update my review.

Replacing my broken phone

Firstly I bought a device because I broken my screen of the iPhone XS I had so I ordered after seeing lots. Of ads on social media and mostly good reviews. My experience not good
First Impressions was it was a South Africa based company- completely wrong based in Dubai. Secondly ordering was an issue could put the device I wanted but then couldn’t pay with Apple Pay or bank card- forced to EFT
The company took 2 days to do the checks- replaced the screen and tested no issues for them. When i finally received the device 5 days later( delivery date charging multiple times 4-6 may then 5-7 may then again 12 may) received on the 5 of may I turned on the device and. It was completely flat then set up to check the device- appeared no issues. Woke up the next morning to a black screen and it won’t turn on, it was replaced with a used screen the day after I order which was the 31 of April. The product is clean no scratch or damage. Just the screen issue try long a claim and send an email. No response to the email yet, and the app crashes when trying to claim.

I will never be buying for them again and just sticking to the Apple Store
