absolutely terrible
absolutely terrible. I bought a package 3 weeks ago and it is almost 2 weeks past the expected date of delivery. I received an email explain that this is a small business and to "excuse the delay". This is more than a "delay". In addition, I was never offered a refund when informed about this delay, which I would have gladly taken as I am now getting the jeans past the date I wanted to wear them. Truly a joke. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE!

Return policy is horrible
Return policy is horrible. Email to see if they accept it which is a week long, the. You go and pay for the fed ex, then they take a week or two to decide if they accept it. Then they take a minimum of another 2 weeks to offer the store credit but have no way of telling you how to utilize it. How is this acceptable? There is no active email or phone number to call for customer help just a chat that is open for a few hours a day, but really just defaults to some basic questions.

FILE AN FTC COMPAINT!!!
I placed an order with Revice Denim on October 30. The order was supposed to ship mid-November and still has not shipped as of December 16. After multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to cancel or refund my order, citing a “2-hour cancellation policy,” despite the delay being entirely their fault. They continue to push back shipping timelines on their website, and the item I purchased is now on sale for less than I paid.
After researching further, I discovered hundreds of similar complaints and a lack of accountability. This experience feels misleading and extremely frustrating. It is not about the money, but the principle. If we are all experiencing this, they must be accumulating thousands of dollars from this scam.
I encourage you as a customer to file an FTC complaint, a BBB complaint, and a complaint with the State of California Attorney General’s office. That should bring attention to the matter.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This company is so terrible and difficult to work with. First, their awful return policy proves they don’t care about their customers one bit. No real life customer service agents only AI. “Premium quality” jeans are standard jeans for 2x the price. I’m convinced this whole company is a scam at this point. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Shop somewhere humane.

Ordered a pair of jeans online from Revice on Nov. 30th. It's now Dec. 15, and I've received no order, no updates, I can't reach anyone on their online chat, there's no customer service number to call, and they're not responding to my online inquiries, and my emails are bouncing back. They're happy to take my money but have yet to ship my order!?! I don't know if I'll have a gift for my niece at Christmas. STAY AWAY!!!! SHITTIEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is non existent it would seem with this company. Ordered an item in error which I tried to cancel immediately but they didn’t respond and continued with the order. Order now dispatched and delivered which I have no proof of and they continue to ignore all my requests. Please don’t waste your money

Had an issue with my address and the moment I realized I sent a message. It has been a week now with no response and now I never got the package because it was undeliverable and they are still not responding to me so I have no idea what to do next. Awful customer service, I have sent multiple messages with no response.

Order processing time is quite long. I received my order after 2 months. It didn’t fit me (another issue is that their sizing is chopped), so I exchanged it, but received the wrong size a few months later. I connected with customer service and they told me they’d process a manual exchange, so I sent in the wrong size they sent me and never received my exchange. Every time I reach out to customer service, they say they need 3-7 business days to process a manual exchange. It has been 4 months (well over 7 business days) since my manual exchange was delivered to their warehouse.

I’ve ordered from Revice multiple times in the past and while the shipping was always much longer than what their website promised, I kept coming back because the jeans were good quality. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my mind.
I placed an order in October for three pairs of jeans and they sent me the wrong color. When I reached out to customer support, it took them quite a while to respond. And when they finally did, they told me I had to pay to ship the incorrect item back, even though it was their mistake. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to send a return label and exchange the jeans.
Fast forward to now: I still haven’t received my replacement. Every single time I contact customer service, I’m given a different shipping date. Today’s update? They are “expecting to ship it in 1–4 weeks.”
At this point, it’s been months. The lack of transparency, slow responses, and constant shifting timelines are incredibly frustrating. Good jeans aren’t worth this kind of hassle, I won’t be ordering from Revice again.

Truly a terrible company
Truly a terrible company. I had read all of the bad reviews beforehand and still decided to give them a try because obviously the whole shipping issue couldn't happen to everyone right? Well, I was wrong lmao. First, I spent a good $200 on my order, everything was fine, they sent me over my shipping link and I waited. I got an email that my package arrived and I immediately went to check and found nothing, which was weird. Long story short, I spoke to the company that delivered my package and they told me I had to speak to revice because they werent able to move forward with a claim without revice reaching out first. I spoke to revice, they said the exact same thing about the shipping company. Neither company wanted to take responsibility for the lost package, which I of course also blame the shipping company for, not solely revice but the problem comes when I was speaking to their customer service for over 4 months with absolutely no help. It was always them telling me they were going to solve it, then ghosting me, then me reaching out again and speaking to another person, then them ghosting me. At one point they said to contact their manager and sent me over her email, I of course got no response. I don't even care if i get the stupid jeans i bought or a refund but they reaaaalllyy do not want to help you unless you are an influencer or someone who can give them clout.
Disappointed in REVICE
I’m from Taiwan and ordered from a small U.S. clothing brand almost two months ago. They kept giving wrong shipping dates, mixed up my order number, and even claimed my order had shipped when it hadn’t. Now they’ve stopped replying, won’t ship my order, and won’t refund me.
At this point, I’m considering taking legal action, because they’ve done nothing since my order on October 4 — it’s unbelievable. It also feels like they don’t take me seriously because I’m an overseas customer, assuming I won’t be able to seek help.

Reached out for a reciept or invoice that I need to give the shipping company (I'm using a third party), but they couldn't provide a legal document with sufficient and required information (their companys name and location). I were told this was only done with orders that were to be shipped international (which mine wasn't because of the third party US located shipping company).
They collected the money immidiately, but send the items one by one. First one in September after placing the order, last one in November (should have been a birthday present for my daughter in the end of Oct).
They only give store credit on returnings.
Now reading the reviews on the quality I really wish I had bought anything in the first place.
