!WARNING!

!WARNING! Don’t order from Revice if you’re outside the U.S.! My parcel took nearly 2 months to arrive and then got hit with £81 in hidden customs charges that were never mentioned at checkout. Quality isn’t great either (loose stitching and messy seams). Not worth the money or the stress.

Despite shipping times these are gorgeous jeans....

I agree with the length of shipping taking far longer than indicated at time of purchase, BUT I contacted customer service twice and on both occasions they were apologetic, polite & gave good indications of eta. The jeans arrived and were absolutely gorgeous. The denim is perfectly soft, the fit and cut on-pointe and for a handcut / sewn piece of clothing I can fault nothing.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRELIABLE STATEMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE ESPECIALLY ON THE SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY PART.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

It’s been 2 months since I ordered my 2 tanks tops. Only one has been delivered, the other was returned to sender by the delivery service and was delivered back to sender this month on the 15th. I contact the company and the still don’t have the package even though it’s been delivered for a week now back to them, I even sent them photo proof of the delivery and they were very dismissive despite the proof. ON TOP OF THAT the tank top I have received which was a medium size fit on my body exactly like an extra small would this is inexcusable. I am very thin, not exactly well endowed up top there’s no reason this tank top should be making me look like I have skin rolls. As someone with an eating disorder this can be very harmful and create an unrealistic mirage for other women who struggle with body confidence.

Thin cheap denim, not as described

I ordered the Hollywood Heartthrob jumpsuit recently and received it roughly 3 weeks after ordering. The website says 98% cotton and 2% elastane but what I received had a composition of 93% cotton, 6% elastane and 1% spandex. The denim feels really cheap and thin. I contacted their customer service. They ignored my complaint and instead apologized for delays (I showed them I already received my parcel). I followed up and asked why they ignored my feedback. They closed the chat. Feel like they were just avoiding the issue I raised. Disappointing considering it was an international order. I plan to pursue a chargeback.

Fine quality, poor (and falsely advertised) fit

The jeans seem to be fine quality, but the first pair I ordered had a 36 inseam, not advertised, which is ridiculous, and you can only return for size exchange or store credit (and only once) and the pair I got with store credit advertised a 32.5 inseam...and it's more like 33.75. Usually when a business advertises their hand-sewn garments, you expect quality, but with Revice, also expect unreliability. :/ Will see if I can have the jeans hemmed somewhere, but for the price, I'm not pleased that's what it's come to.

Took 2 months and then didn’t fit

I purchased a tank top from revice denim in August. The product did not ship for 2 MONTHS. I was genuinely wondering if it was ever going to arrive. Then, I try it on, and it does not fit at all. I am typically a medium in tops and I could barely squeeze into it. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never recommend anything from there, other than maybe the jeans which I’ve heard are good, but obviously will not be purchasing.

Horrible Experience: Reviews are True

I ordered 2 pair of jeans. Took 3 months for delivery, with no communication on eta. When they arrived they both were too small. I have tried chat communication 2 times for return address. I have emailed 4 times, with only 1 response. Still NO RETURN ADDRESS. Plus I was told I could only return 1 of the orders.... what the heck. The jeans weren't 1/2 bad. 100% Cotton, which is why i ordered from company... Even in LA California. You would think i was dealing with China.

Do not order from them!

Do not order from them!! I wish I could give them zero stars. They have not even shipped my two items yet, it’s been 3 months. I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times and they ignore my emails. There is no other way to contact customer service, no phone number, nothing besides email. I’m infuriated. They also refuse to give refunds. If you do order from them (which you shouldn’t) you need to do it through PayPal or a credit card so that it forces them to give you a refund if you dispute it. They will only respond if you threaten to do that. Don’t be nice through email, they won’t respond if you’re being cordial with them. I tried. They only responded to the one where I was forceful.

Not like the photo at all

Not like the photo at all. Super long & baggy. Legs are way too wide 🤦‍♀️not to mention took almost 2 weeks to come… wish id get a refund for them really got my hopes up on these 😴!

On arrival the package was even open aswell absolutely out of order!

Not sure if I got lucky but...

So, despite all of the negative reviews, I decided to try out purchasing from Revice Denim anyway. It was even more of a risk, considering I was having my purchase shipped to the UK. To my shock however, I've had an absolutely fine time buying from here!

It did take about 4 weeks to arrive, but I had a rough idea of the shipping time upfront. Everything was super straightforward with zero issues or concerns, and I have to say, I'm in love with what I bought - It's such high quality! I personally don't regret purchasing from here, and I definitely would again. That being said, my experience isn't representative of everybody's so order at your own risk!

PLACE IS A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered 3 sale items on July 4th. I still have yet to receive my order and it is Sept. 25th…

I reached out multiple times for an ETA and they couldn’t give me one. They then said all they could do is start processing me for store credit if i didn’t want to wait longer.

I requested a refund after more weeks went on and they still said all they could was start the process for store credit and it’ll ship when it ships. (what a joke)

I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, provided the email chain with them and all correspondence. Sure enough the banks (theirs included) ruled in my favor because it was stealing money and not giving products.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

I ordered pants from revice 16 weeks…

I ordered pants from revice 16 weeks ago. They were not listed on backorder though it did say it could take 2 to 4 weeks for the to ship. Substitute to four a week. Was up I’ve been emailing and getting the same automatic email back saying that my item would be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks. I have gotten this email eight times. I still have no idea when I would get my item I have requested a refund, but they refused stating that I had to get a refund within two hours of my order this place is a scam.

Absolutely AWFUL DO NOT buy! They took my money nearly 5 weeks ago, it was NOT a pre order and advised it should be shipped. No updates, no confirmation of when it will be delivered and after asking for timings and a refund they answered back with only saying you can’t cancel after 2 hours?! Scammers and I have now had to take this and dispute with my bank - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They refuse to give my my money back for the missing pair stating its because I did not cancel my order within 2 hours. How was I to know within 2 hours that my order would not be complete. I am very disappointed and when I had asked on the Liv chat, I got the same response. Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful. Whole experience was nothing but a big headache. Wouldn’t process a cancellation because I cancelled a little after TWO HOURS it was purchased, and when I wrote an email to customer service they said they would cancel my order and refund me with store credit, which they didn’t becuase weeks after I received a confirmation email that it was in transit. Then the whole process was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and then when I tried to get further help, they started ghosting me after saying they basically can’t help me anymore. Worst decision ordering from them.
