Emma Hybrid mattress -WORST MATTRESS CAUSING HIP, BACK AND SHOULDER PAIN!!!!
I bought the Emma Hybrid mattress and it caused severe pain in my hips and shoulders. Emma sent me an additional soft layer but didn't help total padding equates to 6 or 7 cm. How can this relieve pressure points? I then purchased a new mattress topper for the mattress and felt slightly better and thought it would improve but still had pain.
I then went overseas and slept on a boxspring and had ZERO pain (5 weeks), I then knew it was the Emma mattress causing this severe pain. I'm back from overseas and unfortunately had to sleep on the Emma mattress and the pain is severe to the point where I have to take strong painkillers. Last night at 03h00am I couldn't take it any longer and went to sleep on my son's bed. Luckily he is overseas for another week. I feel Emma should advise on their website whether the mattresses are suitable for back/stomach sleepers or for side sleepers because there is a huge difference for side sleepers as you require more contouring support. I want to return the mattress and get my money back! I know that the 100 days are over because I had to go overseas just before the trial period elapsed. I've emailed Emma sleep in the Netherlands and they advised that I cannot return the mattress and get a refund but can send me a new one which will not solve my problem. To date, I've had no response from Emma regarding my email. So, now I have a Emma mattress which I cannot use and paid hundreds of euros for a useless mattress!! #emmasleep 😡
