UserSense helped us with conducting remote user testing sessions at SnappCar and we were very satisfied with the results. They helped us with the whole process of making a research plan, finding participants, conducting the sessions and writing a report. We specially enjoyed being able to watch the sessions live through their platform and it provided us with valuable insights. Can really recommend them!

Thanks for your review. You are right in saying that the amount of tests you can do is capped and also limited. This is to prevent our testers from becoming 'UX experts' themselves.
In addition to that, you might might not yet have been eligible to take part in our tests. Customers often have a specific recruitment profile, which means only a small portion of our testers actually qualifies.
However, it should have been made clear to you when signing up that the amount of tests you can do is capped/limited. I will talk to our team to see what we can do to communicate this better when signing up with us.
