No one is answering E-Mails or Tickets .

I need Help. One Review is Not possible because Kenwood Site Reviews are Just for people WHO bought the product on there site

It’s a good website. Just not clear why you would do reviews if there isn’t any discount given, only some items seem to have them. But overall decent platform.

I really do like Review Club I have had an item whice was really good I did request something from them and received it quickly it it was brilliant from JBL I did my testing and I reviewed but that's where my problems started I had to do a review on JBL as well as on Review Club whice I did and they could not find my Reviews whice I had sceeen shorts of and sent them but still I had to go do my Review 2 more times on JBL Site and now I have come to the purchase or return part it won't work I have raised two tickets and many conversations with RIA the chat bot and still nobody has got back to me about sorting it out just more emails telling me to make my mind up but I can't email them back so instead I think it just going to have to be sent back instead so disappointed 😞

They have an extremely unfair operational model. They require you to purchase the product with your own money, spend time and effort testing, then spend time and effort writing a review, and finally are required to ship the product back, all without compensation or being able to retain the product (unless they decide to give you the option to buy it for a discount!)

This process requires a significant, uncompensated investment of time, money, and effort from the reviewer. Meanwhile, the companies gain huge financial benefits from this feedback (either by confirming their product is excellent, improving a flawed product, or generating significant sales driven by the resulting positive reviews), far exceeding the cost of products they would give away to testers. I do not find this imbalance fair or sustainable.

I have tested 15-20 products the last few years. Some of them I bought and some I returned as part of the campaign.
The sales are also great if you need any of the items. Diverse selection of products.
Never had problems with support or returns. This is one of the few review sites that doesn’t necessarily needs you to be a micro-influencer and share endless ads for the products. Honesty reviews and pictures are what they ask and what you give.

Great site where you can try out really innovative products, plus you get the bonus of getting refunds (total or partial), just for buying the product and doing a few reviews. I’ll keep trusting them and will be on the lookout for their upcoming launches.

I`ve tested couple of products with Reviewclub and always everything is as described. Tests are always easy to perform and not demanding. Refunds are usually processed very quick. I`m waiting to testsome more new interesting products with Reviewclub.

Absolutely adore ReviewClub. With its help me and my whole family is always able to test so many new, innovative products that otherwise we would be afraid to buy because of high cost for example. Here everything is very simple, instructions are clear and you can keep the product either for free or half a price, depending on a product itself. Absolutely recommend this service and have already hooked all of my friends on it!

Very good website to review products for half of the price or even for free, I really like writing reviews and testing products I can use, so if you want to become a reviewer, go to the website and it's fun to do so!

I've tested products for the review club several times, both with free samples and products with (partial) refunds. Never experienced any problems. Payments are always processed quickly.

The products to test are very interesting , various , for different ages , everyone can find to test something , I recommand a lot

I mostly apply to beauty products and i was invited to review a lot of them. The free ones are of course the best. Also applied for money back campaigns and also that went smooth. The money is refunded within a few days after posting proof of purchase. Sometimes you need to pay shipping cost but they always let you know in advance so you can drop out if you don't want to pay.

Over the years i have been lucky enough to test some amazing products for the Reviewclub .I love how well run it is everything is always well explained ,and someone is always available if needed .There Money back campaign is brilliant and highly recommend these to everyone .

Reviewclub is solid/legit! I have been participating for a few years already and the process has always been smooth, and you can get in touch with them if needed. Some products you may test for free, others come at a discounted rate (where you receive a portion of the money back after uploading a proof of purchase). They communicate this in advance and the process has always been super quick. I also like that we help the world by writing helpful/extensive but also authentic reviews! Wondering what that will bring for the future though, as customer reviews don't seem to be trusted as much anymore as they once were.

I was qualified to test Lumene and then review it. The scheme itself is to buy the product and get money back. This was on the 28th of November when they announced that the refund was on its way but I have not received a refund. They hardly respond to emails and only say that they will check with their financial staff and refund only IF the amount is returned to them. Really bad and I will end my collaboration with them!!

Review Club is a platform that connects various brands with consumers, providing valuable feedback and insights while offering participants the chance to try out new items for free or at a discounted price. I have been a member for about 2 years and during this time I have tried and tested so many products some of which I had to keep for free and some I purchased at a huge discounted price. The team are very helpful and efficient whenever you might need their assistance.
I love this website and I can say that this is by far the best product review site EVER and I’m glad I can be a part of. I highly recommend this service to everyone who is interested to try and test new products.

I once held ReviewClub in high regard, frequently utilising their platform to test and provide insightful feedback on various products. It was a service that was both exceptional and enjoyable. However, following its acquisition and subsequent changes, the experience has devolved into a series of frustrations.

My recent ordeal involved a cumbersome and sizeable item I was tasked with testing. The absence of a straightforward return option was perplexing, and I was unaware that their return policy was rigidly tied to a specific provider. Upon informing their customer service that the nearest return facility was an arduous one-hour drive each way, I was met with a shockingly indifferent response: “We don’t care, your problem.”

This dismissive attitude means I am now compelled to undertake a two-hour round trip solely to return this cumbersome item, which is an enormous inconvenience. The company’s former dedication to customer satisfaction appears to have evaporated, leaving behind a service that is markedly substandard. The once extraordinary ReviewClub has regrettably deteriorated into a service that borders on uselessness.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this decline in quality leads to their eventual disappearance. What was once a beacon of excellent service and customer care has been unceremoniously reduced to a shadow of its former self. It’s truly disheartening to witness such a rapid and drastic downfall. My advice to prospective users: steer clear and save yourself the disappointment.

I really like Review Club. This is an amazing opportunity to test products and share honest opinions. Almost all the products that I have received and tested through the company are now some of my preferred products.

Absolutely fantastic company to review products for. New innovative items come frequently and Ema Calistroni who books the reviews and dispatch is very professional and responds quickly.

The purchasing platform is clear and easy to use also.
