What an amazing dermatological experience.

From the moment I called, I knew I was making the right decision by booking with Revitalise. I have wanted to get a treatment done since I was young but when I have called up other practises, it never felt right. The person who booked me the appointment was super lovely and patient with all my questions and queries before booking which made me book instantly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how calm and excited I felt when entering Revitalise Practise, having also done some online research about who they are and what they offer - seeing many great reviews!

I was welcomed and greeted by Stephanie and Afiffa who instantly accommodated me by seating me next to a fan as it was a long hot day. They asked me about my day and made a real effort to welcome me. Both super genuine and lovely. A simple genuine greeting can be the reason for a long lasting great experience.

Moments later I met Dr Ken, charismatic and unique in his approach to clients (made a effort to get to know me a little bit before discussing any treatment). Whilst I was waiting to be seen he let me know he was going to see me as soon as possible. Another small gesture that goes a long way. His assistant Sofia was also very sweet and understanding which put me at ease. I let them know I was nervous and they turned that into excitement. I felt I was really going to be taken care of. They said they would ‘work their magic’ which was very endearing and added to my calmness. I felt both of them knew exactly what I wanted even before I needed to explain.

I came to get a mole on my face removed. I was impressed by Dr Ken’s and Sofia’s attention to detail and pursuit to get me the perfect result, which of-course he did. It was super comfortable, painless and quick. The best aesthetic results I have ever had.

This is a dishonest clinic that will use lying, underhand sales tactics to try to rip you off. Do not trust them.

They advertise that mole removal “starts at £75” (an impossibly cheap price) while their website says it starts at £295. When you call them you are connected to an “account manager” not a receptionist (if you’re wondering what kind of clinic has account managers instead of receptionists working the phones, the answer is: a company prioritising sales not service.) They completely refuse to be open about their prices over the phone, saying things like “it depends on the exact type and classification of mole.” And “I am not medically trained, I am just an account manager so it is up to the doctor and their decision for the best course of treatment.” They also say they want you to come in for a consultation because their experience is “tailored” and they want to “be the best.”

To be absolutely clear: this is nonsense. Here is why:

There are only two types of surgical mole removal: shaving and excision (there are a couple of other non-surgical options such as laser or radio, but that is mostly for minor skin blemishes.) The cost of each of those two types of surgery should not depend on the type of the mole you’re removing unless they are cancerous. Calling around multiple other clinics, they will quickly be able to tell you their prices for mole removal depending on a) excision or shaving, b) location on the body (they are more careful on the face), and sometimes c) approximate size.

The only reason this clinic doesn’t tell you their prices is that they want to lure you in with “starts from £75” and then trap you with a £95 consultation fee which you have to pay if you choose not to have treatment with them, which in reality will almost certainly (from reading reviews from elsewhere on the web) cost £300 per mole or more. It’s an appallingly dishonest practice used to try and lock people in to consultations they have to pay for, thinking they will then save money with cheap prices, and then feel compelled to recoup the £95 by paying the crazy inflated prices they will actually be hit with for mole removal. Sadly, organisations like this exist, trying to use dodgy sales tactics and fake medical reasoning to rip people off. Even private hospitals have price lists for thousands of procedures that they openly advertise. There is no reason whatsoever for Revitalise to not advertise pricing when there are only two types of surgical procedure for mole removal.

Having medical procedures, even ones as simple as mole removal, is more stressful than most services. If you want to get something medical done, go with the company or clinic that is honest and up front about the most basic things, starting with pricing. Do not trust the ones like Revitalise that are being dishonest from the first moment you speak to them. It does not bode well for your experience.

Friendly, efficient staff the experience was pain free and efficient

I had a really good result from my treatment at Revitalise. They removed some extra skin tags on my face that have really improved the way I look. I had the treatment about 4 weeks ago and have been in for a couple of follow ups which were free. They showed genuine care unlike other clinics I have been to in the area. Great organised team who I would very much recommend. Keep it up guys and girls

The best clinic in London thanks so much for a positive and wonderful experience

I had a skin tag removal procedure which went very well. I was met with the doctor who clearly explained the procedure and answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease. The procedure itself went better than expected as I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort and it was carried out efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend revitalise. Everyone I spoke to made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
