I am very disappointed with my experience at ERA Clinic.

I invested a significant amount of money based on the clinic's recommendations, but the results fell well below my expectations. When I raised concerns about both the treatment outcomes and inconsistencies during my treatment course, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than genuinely addressed.

The complaints process was lengthy and ultimately resulted in the clinic defending its position rather than finding a fair resolution. The clinic has since stated that it does not feel it is appropriate to continue treating me, yet has refused to refund the final treatment that I have already paid for but not received.

As a result, I have completely lost confidence in both the management and clinical advice provided. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ERA Clinic based on my experience.

I don't recommend this clinic as they have done a laser hair removal session, and the "nurse" responsible didn't know that the laser shouldn't over tatoos. It caused me bruises and a lot of pain.

Six months after my Emsella treatment, I can happily say I'm delighted with my results. The slight leakage I was experiencing has reduced by, I'd say, 80%, and there are other bonus benefits too :)

Very friendly staff and competitive pricing. Every time I’ve gone there I feel welcomed with warm smiles and good service. I had the cryopen done to remove a large Haematoma and a wonderful job was done. I still need a few more sessions before it’s completely gone but so far I’m very pleased.

I went to Era Skin and Laser Clinic in Thame for help with my rosacea. After what seemed like a thorough consultation, I was advised to buy ZO Skin Health's Hydrating Crème, which I was assured was safe for sensitive skin—mild enough for babies and even endorsed by the Eczema Society. Relying on their expertise, I purchased the product, expecting it to soothe my skin.

Unfortunately, it did the opposite. After using the Hydrating Crème, my rosacea flared up badly. When I contacted the clinic, they advised me to stop using the product for a bit and try again once my skin had calmed down. I followed this advice, but the moment I used the crème again, my skin reacted just as strongly. Frustrated, I researched the ingredients myself and found several known to irritate sensitive skin, including Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetyl Alcohol, Retinyl Palmitate, and Benzyl Alcohol.

When I reported this to the clinic and requested a refund, they initially said they needed to consult with ZO Skin Health. The final response from Era Skin and Laser Clinic was disheartening—they offered a refund for a toner I’d barely used but refused to refund the Hydrating Crème, insisting it was still “mild” and suitable for sensitive skin. they offered to return the crème to me, despite my clear reaction to it.

For a clinic specializing in skincare, this response shows a concerning lack of accountability and understanding of sensitive skin needs. I now have an expensive product I can’t use and feel misled by their initial assurances. Dealing with sensitive skin issues like rosacea is challenging enough without having to question a clinic’s recommendations, and I expected more consideration and support from professionals.

If you have sensitive skin or rosacea, I urge caution with this clinic's recommendations. My experience with both Era Skin and Laser Clinic and ZO Skin Health has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend them for anyone seeking trustworthy support for sensitive skin conditions or expecting adequate customer aftercare for products that cause reactions.

I did appreciate the time and support your team provided throughout my visits. However, as we both agree, this doesn’t change the outcome that the Hydrating Crème caused an adverse reaction on my skin. While I understand your confidence in the product’s suitability, the reality is that it didn’t work for me, leaving me with an expensive item that I cannot use.

Your final email noted that, as a goodwill gesture, you were happy to refund the Calming Toner but could not extend the same to the Hydrating Crème. I accepted this reluctantly after trying my hardest to appeal to your power of discretion and realizing that further discussion seemed futile, as your decision was firm. I also want to clarify that I did not arrive at the clinic without an appointment, as suggested. I did return a few times as arranged by the clinic because I was upset that an £80 moisturizer was unusable, and I wanted to work collaboratively toward a resolution.

The Hydrating Crème was used, yes, but only because I was encouraged by you to try it again. I followed your advice, but unfortunately, the reaction persisted.

This experience has left me disheartened and, unfortunately, has entirely deterred me from seeking help from any skin clinics in the future, especially with ERA. I regret that we couldn’t come to a resolution that would have left me more satisfied.

Friendly caring staff

I absolutely love ERA skin and laser clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and I always leave feeling uplifted and relaxed. I have just had a hydrofacial with Olivia and she is fabulous. Thank you to the whole, wonderful team.

All treatments fully explained and carried out in a relaxing and peaceful environment. Staff are professional and friendly.

This salon is excellent. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the staff are highly professional and very kind. I have had laser hair removal there and a hydrafacial - both done by Marta who is absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend them. 🌟

Femme 360 is a fantastic proceedure and I'm so glad I went for it. My pelvic floor was rejuvinated, sensation and reaction was intensely enhanced and it made me feel like I was in my 20s again! It had a direct effect on sexual function and I would thoroughly recommend it without hesitation.

I’ve had a number of treatments with ERA all of which have received a first class customer experience, one of which was Femme where the team provided me with a detailed overview of the procedure and ensured I was informed at each point of the procedure. I always feel totally comfortable and in safe hands with Era, and the results have been amazing!!

I recently had cryo pen treatment for some dark spots on my face. I had an initial consultation and was told there would be some scabbing, however I wasn’t told the scabs would be huge - far bigger than the problem dark spots I was having treatment for. These are now worse than before the treatment and in addition to this, there is some scarring. I do not recommend this treatment and think there should be more warning about what to expect with this treatment before hand.

I have been having hydrafacials here for some time. I usually see Paige who is professional and friendly. The clinic is fresh and clean and generally well equipped. Would 100% recommend.

When entering the door, a polite and pleasant greeting awaits and this is efficiently and smoothly followed by meeting a fully qualified specifically trained professional, whatever treatment has been booked. The owner of the Clinic is to hand and takes a pride in ensuring comprehensive ethical and knowledgable practise. I have experienced many different types of treatment at ERA and every one has been second to none.

ERA provides the treatments relevant to my needs. These treatments and the equipment they use are state of the art, administered by a really competent and pleasant team. The coffee is good too!

Era clinic always provides a friendly, warm and professional experience. Staff are always kind courteous and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Era clinic especially for laser hair removal. I wish I had done it years ago the results are fantastic!
