I brought 2 cars from them at the same time and they seemed great at first agreed on bits of work on them both and was told I would get 12months warranty kept saying about momentum warranty and how good they are on both cars had them delivered which was great. However hadn't received the log book for one of them even after 6 weeks and the only warranty stuff I have had was for 6months of one of the cars and wasn't even with momentum, and I have tried to use it and it the problem isn't even covered. When contracted about it was just ignored. I really wanted to give a good review as they were great at first but once they get the money they don't care. wouldn't recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a vehicle off Revitup a couple of years ago. Traded in another car against the new one. Everything was amazing, great customer service until they had the money in their pockets. Had full warranty on the car. Drove 7 hours to pick up the car, everything seemed great. On the way home there was vibrations through the steering wheel. I assumed they just needed balanced, tried phoning the numbers I had been given for them with no response. Continued driving, next day got it checked and it turned out 2 wheels were completely buckled. Revitup said they would cover this but when ever I phoned up to try and sort it out, they would avoid my calls or say they would get back to me and didn’t. About a week later I noticed the engine was being slightly noisy and the oil level had gone down. Took the car to a specialist only for all 4 cylinders compression to be way down. The car needed a new engine. I was told this would’ve been an issue for a long time and probably why the previous owner parted ways with the car.

I didn’t worry as I had full warranty! Boy was I wrong. All calls avoided from Revitup, tried to blame me saying I must’ve put the wrong fuel in (I didn’t and there was no guidance as to what fuel to put in from them). I would have to phone off someone else’s phone to even get through as they would ignore all my calls.

This went on for a number of months and I was without a vehicle the whole time. It was only once I spent several hours putting together a full case ready to put to court and sent it to them that they finally coughed up and sorted it out.

When the engine was being changed, it was discovered there was several other issues including the way the car had been set up and if this hadn’t been rectified, the engine would’ve blown itself up again.

I later found out speaking to other dealers that Revitup are renowned for this, used to have multiple bad reviews but they magically disappeared.

I later spoke to the new owner of my old car that I traded in. The car had some issues with it when I traded it in that I made Revitup aware of and they were going to rectify before selling it on.

The owner informed me that none of the issues had been rectified, just masked so they wouldn’t be obvious. He had the exact same issues and even though the car was under warranty, didn’t have the time to battle with them and cashed out himself.

Evil people running the company, I was so excited to pick the car up only for it to turn into months of misery.

I would not wish it on anyone. How they haven’t been shut down is beyond me.

Looking to buy a Ford Focus RS

Was after a Ford Focus RS & saw this one advertised as a very good condition one with nice modifications. I rung up & booked a time to drive the 2 1/2 hours to go & see it & trade in my Focus ST for it as well. When I turned up the car was being hosed down and I had to deal with one of the mechanics as everyone else was busy. So given that this car was supposed to be in a great condition where do I start?
Given it was being gently hosed down the NSF window was leaking badly presumably caused by the badly fitted wind deflectors?
Was told the car was wrapped metallic grey over black & that you did not need to tell DVLA about a colour change? The V5 shows it as black but the car IS metallic grey. It has also had a reg. number change for some reason?
The roof, rear spoiler & mirrors were wrapped matt black but this was badly peeling, blistering, and worn off - showing metallic grey underneath! The advertisement pictures cleverly avoid these areas.
The rear spoiler was not bolted to the hatch.
The car might once have been M380 but having driven it I suspect this was no longer the case (the cable hanging down the drivers A pillar suggests it might have had the Mountune pad at one time). The car did not boost at all when accelerating to the level it should have done (or the boost gauge was faulty?) although the exhaust did pop and bang on gear changes.
The intercooler & exhaust had been swapped out - not needed for M380? However whoever put the RSport I/C on damaged the bumper on removal, plus left it rubbing the GREY paint off the front wings that were now rusting. Also the engine undertray was missing the front part & the rest was hanging off the car underside. The headlights were also bolted in by big m10 bolts & repair washers.
The OSF side skirt was hanging off the car at the front having had some sort of impact underneath it & damaging it.
The bonnet vents were blistering and had been hacked into the bonnet which was rusting. The under bonnet insulation was likewise hacked to fit.
It likely had mudflaps at one time that had been ripped off rendering all the wheel arch liners loose and damaged.
All the wheels had been painted by hand - not a brush - and were very badly kerbed and damaged. The NSF also has a chunk out of the tyre. All four tyres were badly worn ditch finder cheap tyres which is an immediate warning sign that the previous owner either didn't care for the car or have enough money to look after it.
The suspension was badly corroded and leaking.
The brakes did stop - eventually.
It had a new clutch at around 50K miles and was told by Dean that RS's eat clutches so getting 50K out of one was really good?
The drivers door had a bad rusting dent on the edge having been opened onto something that has just been covered by a huge long edge 'protector' strip.
The paint work in general was badly scratched & chipped everywhere so another sign the car had not been cared for.
The half leather drivers seat had two badly repaired cigarette burns on it - one hanging off exposing the foam underneath.
On start up it smoked & had error messages for oil change needed (even though it was supposed recently serviced), tyre pressure alarm (likely NSF) and key fob. When I quietly reset all of those it still showed an EML when started up.
The paperwork with the car was full of garage invoices from 2022 & 2023 stating that the car had serious engine issues & that it should go back to the specialist tuner (Mountune) for investigation but then there was nothing else? It also intimated that the map had been removed to try to diagnose the faults which might then explain the lack of expected performance?

In short I think this was once quite a nice Mountune equipped RS but has then been owned by at least one later owner who didn't have the money to look after it/ragged it to death/bodged it & then got rid rather than sort it properly. I was not prepared to part with my car & another £11k for this car only to spend about £4-5K on the car - not including the engine - to then get a knock on the door to find it was not a genuine car or mine anymore! Whether the dealer knows this or suspects it I cannot say but there were too many alarm bells ringing for me to even consider buying this car. When I told Dean I did not want to buy it he didn't even try to haggle or offer me a better deal. He just carried on with whatever he was doing in his office & let me go on my way.

I was then directed to Trustpilot to read some of the other reviews on here & think I dodged a seriously big bullet with this car!

So if you want to risk buying a car from these people on your on head be it but I won't be!

Recently traded a car in with revitup and was looked after through the whole process, genuinely a decent company to deal with with a passion for cars. The whole process was seamless and i will be using them in the future. Thanks to Mark the owner for over seeing the deal.

Recently sold my vehicle to Revitup

Recently sold my vehicle to Revitup, having previously bought it from them 2 years earlier and enjoyed it in the interim, without issue.

Like the initial purchase, recontacting was a simple and hassle free process, with a fair valuation being given and this was honoured through to payment.

I can only commend both Mark and Dean for their welcoming, pragmatic and open way of doing business and would not hesitate to go back in future. Certainly recommend if you're after something special.

100% recommend!

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Dean, Mark and the team were so comfortable to be around and a nice laid back experience, no pressure to buy at all and you can take as long as you need to look at the cars. The car is an absolute credit to them and as advertised. I’m absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic all round

This is a really well run and smooth operation. Found a car I liked and Mark, the owner of the business pretty much guided me through from start to finish. He was honest, open and there was bottomless tea and coffee whilst we waited for some admin to go through. The place is an absolute gold mine of performance vehicles of every stripe.

Finally the car I bought has been something I’ve been after for about 15 years. I’ll always be grateful to Mark and his team for sorting it all out for me.

Good luck! And maybe see you at Goodwood!

Incredible service, lovely helpful staff amazing cars!!

We came here today to sell our beloved car (evo 9) to then purchase an Audi RS3 from the same said company all in the same day and we couldn’t be happier with what we got! The guys here (manager mark, and dean) & others were absolutely amazing very helpful full of knowledge friendly and just all round knew what they were talking about! It was a quick process which we needed as we did travel many miles to come here, but it was worth it! Couldn’t fault them in any way shape or form, the Audi is an incredible piece of kit! Exactly as shown on pics and vids! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! 10/10

Superb Service and Excellent Deal !

We dealt with both Mark and Dean, initially , by telephone , as we live in Scotland. A price for our trade in was agreed and the deal concluded. We drove our TVR Tuscan down to Mold and picked up our new car. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and effortlessly. We were treated very professionally and with the upmost courtesy, at all times. I would give this business a resounding 10/10 !! We will be back …

These guys..they where friendly ..straight and great to deal with from the first phonecall...they paid me a very fair and good price for My px...the new car I collected from them was as described...and ready when they said...
Some car dealers give a bad .. intimidating vibe ...not here ..you feel welcome.
Folk are quick to knock car dealers ...if they've had a problem or low offer on their motor ....so it's only right to give a positive feedback when earned.. mark and the team..in my opinion are spot on..they have gained a customer in me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMLANY

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMLANY - OWNER MARK IS A COWBOY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
Bought multiple cars from here, all of which had at least 1 issue either a customer service point of view or an issue with the car. One car in particular I never even received a logbook for and another car never had a warranty although previously agreed.
