Looking at the reviews, there seems to be a common theme!! My customer experience with Revive Lab is nothing short of a disgrace, I payed £25 for my phone to be re-set, they did half the job and i'm about to take legal action as any Google contact needs to go through them.

You brought your device in for phone screen unlock passcode removal, which is what we booked it for. Before booking your device, we asked you multiple times if you remember your Google account credentials because it will ask for these after software reinstallation as a security feature. We can remove the screen passcode, but you need to remember those details. Only after confirming with you that you remembered those details did we proceed with the new software installation. It is a standard procedure, and we do not book the device without confirming these details. Your review is misleading, and we're disappointed in your misrepresentation of our service. We hope you find the right legal aid that can explain to you the difference between resetting the phone passcode and a Google account.

Perfect for quick, easy and informative fixes!
Been having charging issues and weren’t sure of the cause, came in on the way for certainty since we’re on holiday and don’t have the money to be fixing phones on us, however that was not a problem since they looked at the phone for 5 minutes, got it down to what kind of fix we are needing and the average pricing of said repair.
If I lived in Glasgow I would be making this my go to repair store, very professional staff who make you feel like they know exactly what they are doing (which they most definitely are)

Perfect screen repair to my Samsung A33 5g. OK, you could probably find a cheaper repair, but they've done a quality job and I think they are worth the money.
Efficient, friendly staff, will both recommend and use their services again if needed.

Outstanding service, they told me the various types of screens they offer (including second use screens) which is what I needed as this was a back up phone.
Gave me a full report of what was wrong with the phone and fixed things free or charge.

My personal experience with Revive Lab…
My personal experience with Revive Lab has not been that great. Got phone screen repair and after it was done weird horizontal lines would show up on the screen background now and again. Also a few months since repair a single crack formed first just beside the camera then spread further across the phone. I haven't dropped the phone either. Revive Lab said I was past 3 month warranty which is fair enough, but unsure about the quality of the screen they use in repair.
After reading this review they did contact me to try and sort things out but I'm just going to buy a new phone.

With agony for weeks when my S20 screen went blank and having to manage my also faulty s8+ for daily activities, I wandered into the EE office for my booked appointment,only to be told I could not get a repair because it was not bought in the EU area. And then I began scanning for the nearest other repair shop close to EE and walked into ISmash who expressed the same issues, about not repairing non-Eu phones. But the relief was that their staff directed me to Revivelab and indeed it's been a revival. Courteous, understanding, attentive staff. Prompt service and delivery while I shopped at the stores in Buchanan galleries. I was so happy to have my phone back and I definitely would be calling again, if I require their services. Simply brilliant, 20/10 across board.

Poor quality screen replacement.
Good customer service but that's as much as I can give after multiple visits for the same repair. Disappointed in the outcome of my service, with certain faulty aspects of my repair left unaddressed even after telling them multiple times on multiple visits and this all under warranty.
The replacement screen is quite obviously not of great quality with obvious lower quality with the resolution, colour and responsiveness.
4 visits with different and the same concerns raised each time and now refusal to address under warranty. It's been a hassle and now I'm left out of pocket (over £200) with a "repaired" phone with new and continued faults that came from the repair.

I brought in my Google Pixel in that had randomly shut down with no life.
They tried everything to find the problem and eventually and fixed it.
Friendly staff and decent price. (£20 to find the problem and extra to fix it).

Quickest and simplest first
I took my not very common Realme GT along today. The guys present today really seemed to know what they were talking about. They offered the simplest possible fix to start, said it might just be misaligned pins in my charger slot and possible loose connections causing the headphone jack to be loose too. I left it with them. Then £35 and 30mins later, issues fixed. Would definitely come back even if next time it's not such a cheap and simple fix.
