Great Cameras and awesome customer service!
After switching to a new internet provider, I had a problem of not being able to receive live views from my cameras. I have always loved my REVO Cameras and depend on them very much. I called customer service desperate for help in resolving this issue and was very lucky to have received the wonderful help of Luis with my problem. He was so kind and patient on the phone and walked me step by step through what to look for in my camera’s system and network settings. He gave me very helpful and important information and instructions on what to ask for should I need to contact my service provider, and also what lights on my device to look that show when all is functioning correctly. The time he spent getting my cameras back to full viewing with my mobile app, his patience, his kindness, his knowledge and most helpful information were a godsend to me! Thank you so much Luis, you are awesome! My wonderful REVO cameras are giving me great peace of mind again thanks to your help!

I bought a REVO 4 Camera system years ago..... Many years ago and it finally went down... AMAZING Considering it's outside in Texas Heat and Freezing winters!
I bought a new controller but couldn't physically setup the old cameras with the new controller. NOT THE PRODUCT'S fault! I'm 75 and thing ( Me) doesn't function like I used to. Manuel in Customer service was incredible as he anticipated my every request and had a RMA Issued and sent a prepaid call tag as we spoke! Took my order for a new system and I got it the next day . . . . Really is this 2025? ...... I unpacked, setup and celebrated as my friend (77) and I completely had everything up and running in a couple hours..... When I checked on my return with Monica . . . she had an email confirming my CC Credit by email as we talked. Don't think twice about doing business with REVO!!!
In a world that speaks every other language but English and can't even spell customer service, REVO is writing a new chapter in customer care......

Cameras crash EXCESSIVELY
Revo has the AUDACITY to QUESTION my issues through Trust Pilot but NEVER RESPONDED DIRECTLY TO ME WITH MY ISSUES???? DON'T PLAY WITH ME REVO. I ALREADY DUMPED YOUR TRASHY SYSTEM IN THE TRASH WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!!
Cameras crash excessively. If someone walks by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Someone drives by, the cameras go offline and then come back on. Sometimes they disconnect by themselves and start back up, but mainly, I have to unplug the system for a few seconds or the individual camera itself to reset it. I have sent messages through their app - no response, I've left voicemails - no response. I bought this system from fingerhut back in 2021 and have regretted my purchase ever since. I should have known if it came from fingerhut, it was the bottom of the barrel, cheapest system Revo ever made. For revo to make it right, refund my money I spent on this BS. I'm pretty sure it was less than $400 (my credit limit was only $400 at that time).
