High quality and fast shipments. Have purchased several times and will purchase again.

The speed of the delivery and signature required to receive package. Easy installation. Quality of the picture and smartphone app. The video play back. If you want to transfer a file to your flash drive it gets a bit complicated. The older system you type in the time from and to that you want to transfer. This doesn't work like that. I bought a system without audio it should have been it the advertisement that the system didn't have audio

Has to be the worst company based on experience so far, reached out to the sales team to inquire about tax exemption on May 15th, 2024. A man the name of Manuel Gonzalez sent me the form to complete which I completed and sent back immediately. As I leave this review, I still have not heard back from accounting. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and each time, I was asked to call the accounting team directly, which I have done and left multiple message. No one has ever called me back to address my inquiry or update my on the document sent.

Update: Come to find out that after I sent the form back to Mr Manuel, he sat on it and never sent it back to the accounting team for review and approval. Sometimes, I wonder how these employers majke hiring decisions. I work in customer service before and as a team lead, this reequires a lot of coaching. Do better Revo

The security system was shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule.

We ordered this system because we have it on another property of ours. They’re great!

Really happy with the quality of the system. My only issue is not with that but I had used a credit card that had just been renewed/activated the day before (other one expired). The only purchase made on the new card, yet in 24hrs, it was hacked 4 times and the credit card company cancelled it and I had to wait another 7 days for another new one to arrive.

Purchased a system to work with 16 cameras. Received in a timely manner and did not open immediately due to time receiving. Inspected delivery and found that five bundles of wire were not enclosed. Emailed on the weekend stating the package was short and received an email first thing Monday morning and received the product on Wednesday. Have been very happy with service at this time. Have not had product long enough to give a valid recommendation on it.

Everything from the first contact and answering my questions (all of them, and I had a lot) was first class. Shipping was super quick and customer service after the sale is by far top notch. Thank you to all of the staff @ Revo America!! A customer for life. Jeff E

I called customer/tech support on trying to get some perameters set up on my newly purchased system. The gentleman tried to help me but, couldn’t. He created a case # for the higher level tech support to reach back out to me. Two weeks later I recached back out and was told the case is still open. It has now been 3 weeks and no response back from Revo tech support.
I work in retai l/ tech support myself and this is clearly less than acceptable!

Picture quality is super. Setup was fairly easy.

Cameras keep going out. I have the wireless cameras. Contacted support they told me readjust antenna informed them that if I unplug them let them sit for a couple of minutes plug back in they work for a couple of days. Not convenient since they are 3 levels up on the house!!!!!

Easy connectivity and we love the response time in viewing various cameras. The ability to view via cell phone is most satisfying.

This system is awesome. We are very pleased with it. Very friendly and informative sales people.

Been using Revo for years couldn't be any simpler to setup and use been updating my camera's plug and play, would like one more HDMI port on my nvr and give up the VGA.

I purchased so far 4 DVR 16 channel for 4 different locations cameras are good but every time I had to swap the DVR.
Never got the good one in first place
