Had an older version of REVO which worked fine, however just wasn’t impressive in the slightest, we recently updated/upgraded to the latest version of REVO and I really like it a lot!
I no longer have to be connected to WiFi but n order to view and or record!

I have no received my package or any shipping info. I have requested updates twice now with no response. I am extremely frustrated

Bought my camera system to view while away from home. The mobil app won’t connect to my system. They say it’s my internet but not so. I have other devices I can see through an app while away from home. Pretty useless without me viewing while away. At one time I could use the app( same internet) but now no go.

I have sent two emails to support and called twice explaining why I reordered a new system. It has been a week now and my product has still not shipped. I called and asked for a supervisor today. I was transferred to voice mail and left a message.
Hopefully I will get a call today and my unit will be shipped!

The packaging and shipping of the DVR and Cameras was very good.
The ability to talk to your technical team both pre-sales and after the unit arrived was superior. The promise for other browsers will be welcomed in the future. I understand more videos will becoming this will help new users install and setup the system and remote viewing platforms.

The product stop working after three weeks of use.

The camera received looks good but when I plugged it in nothing was seen. Tried to contact customer support and sent an email. NO response so still not working.

I own a medium sized college bar and having cameras is almost a must.
I've used Revo systems for 10 years now starting with the small set I first bought at my local Sam's club.
Recently I've replaced my old equipment with one of their HD systems.
Set up was a breeze.
A few months later one of the cameras quit working and they had it replaced almost overnight. Their tech support and sales people are super helpful and easily accessible.
I've looked at a lot of other systems out there and Revo is hard to beat for their selection, performance, and ease of set up. Anyone with basic DIY skill can be up and running all on their own in little time.
