Went here for the 1st time recently and had an afternoon tea (with a difference). We really enjoyed it, from the food, drinks, atmosphere and staff and will definitely be back

Had a cocktail masterclass and 3 course meal and really enjoyed it!
Definitely worth the price for the masterclass, group was small so got 1-1 time making cocktails and plenty of alcohol haha.
The meal also was nice, maybe afew more options needed however I really enjoyed everything I had & found something I liked regardless of limited choice. Would definitely do it again & staff were lovely also.

Inverness revolution , booked a table for food. Got there was given a seat at window was very cold and table I had to ask to be cleaned. Then o couldn’t download the app so went away to ask member staff to order. Then the starter came and was given no napkins or cutlery! Then a good while passes and I’m thinking where our mains. A girl comes up asking do we need more drinks? I said no can we get a update on our mains, then no long later we get cutlery and napkins I’m 95 % sure our mains were forgotten about,
The food was good but service is very lacking!

Went for a bottomless brunch at the Ipswich branch Was dissapointed that some of the drinks were unavailable on the drinks menu such as dissarano and cherry coke, there was no alternatives given for these either. Also we asked we tomatoe ketchup and only got a tiny bit in a pot and was told this was all the had left.
Service was quiet slow especially at the start even though there wasn’t hardly anyone in there.
Overall was left slightly disappointment

Revolution Bar Durham - dreadful female bar staff working Friday 17th November, cba to move down and service other areas of the bar 8:30/9pm on a busy night so only serving customers in-front of her then “Refuses” to service, the managers no better they clearly need to learn how to treat customers from all Spectrums

Had the misfortune to go to Torquays branch of Revolution for food and drinks on 11/11/23
Shockingly small food portion size for what we paid, poor quality! Staff clueless as ever, one girl had to phone her manager who wasn’t present to be able to make a decision. Thankfully they didn’t muck up the beers but left feeling ‘ that was crap’ we won’t spend any more here!

Group of 4 of us were looking forward to a boozy brunch for our friends birthday. We preordered our meals as requested by the restaurant however on arrival advised no pizza’s available despite two of us ordering it. One of us didn’t like anything else available on the menu and were greeted with an attitude by the bars manager, very defensive and rude. Spoke with the sales executive who was lovely, whilst speaking with her the manager came over again re-escalating the situation. The food was really good once our issues were resolved. Patrick who worked on the bar was amazing, helped us along the way and couldn’t of been nicer. Overall - pretty poor from the manager causing so many issues.

I was wearing shorts. They started laughing and bullying me after I was forced to stand in the rain.

Terrible experience had to wait 5 minutes to be seated then ordered food and drinks waited 10 minutes for the drinks the coke tasted of soda water with a bit or brown food colouring in. The food came the wait was around half an hour asked for sauce and didn’t come when asked again 5 minutes later they said they didn’t have any and were waiting for it to come up. 2 of the meals were freezing cold and my little girl couldn’t eat her food as she wouldn’t without the sauce. I will never eat here again it wasn’t very busy so I dread to think how they would cope in busy times

Came today to revs with some friends was greeted by the lovely liv which made the whole experience wonderful! She told us so much about the deals on food n drinks which was amazing. We got a meal deal for £2.99 which is amazing really as the food was outstanding huge portions sizes drinks filled with so much flavour!! Liv made me feel comfortable and confident by giving me compliments about my makeup n that would 1000% recommend to everyone to come to revolution!!!!

Have never been to one of these bar/restaurants before and would never go back to one again Booked in on a hen do with 13 other people and they give us two tables not together, if they couldn't seat us altogether why except the booking. While we tried to sort things out some of the party went to use the bathroom well the state of the toilets, sick all over the floor, someone had been on there monthly and blood over the toilet seat, floor wet and toilet roll all over the floor then the staff tried saying the bathrooms are inspected hourly clearly not. We ended up leaving the place with no 2 course meal that we had paid for and was looking forward to. 2 very upset hens

Harry is a superb waiter and efficiently served us with a kind and welcoming smile

Had an amazing time at our bottom less brunch the food was amazing and I’m gonna be honesty we could not ask for a better person than Kara with a k. She was really welcoming and made some amazing recommendations. Ps karmen says she has beautiful blue eyes - Sheffield

I could not attend a bottomless brunch with a group of friends due to having Covid, I found out too close to the event so they refuse to refund my £25! I fail to understand how they have no policy for circumstances which fall out of our control. Greedy and disgusting, do not agree to a booking with them because if you can’t make it they will keep your money either way! pure profit

I wouldn't recomend this establishment, not for the drinks/atmosphere, but instead the customer service. One member of our party was unfortunate enough to not be able to hold his drink, twice. After cleaning up after him and then being told to leave, we respectfully agreed. We assumed that we would at the very least be able to come back another day to finish our session, instead we were told that that wasn't possible. We were 45-50 minutes in to our 2 hour session so it was disappointing to hear that they were not willing to honour the remaining time. I'm not saying they have to, I didn't read their T&Cs but it's generally good customer care/practice to do anything you can to ensure the customer has a good experience. After they way they handled our request to come back and finish the session another day being rejected, I won't be coming back or suggesting to anyone to visit their business.

Usually enjoy Huddersfield Revolution bar. Went today, was shown to a table and then completely ignored. Waited 15 minutes and then walked out. Won’t be back- very rude staff.

Great service and a great atmosphere! Very generous with drinks for a bottomless brunch with the girls! Our server couldn’t be anymore accommodating!
