Went to Exeter Revs and just wanted to say that Holly was amazing! The drinks flowed for the whole two hours and she was so patient with us! Thanks Holly!

Huddersfield bar….. no correct glasses for the correct beer and nobody bothered at all charging premium prices - if you want to charge these prices then provide premium service 🤷‍♂️
The bar wasn’t even busy as mid afternoon - so no excuses , but it was the lack of interest / concern from bar staff that was a let down

Had our social at the Milton Keynes bar - first rate service from the booking to the final arrangements and the evening. A very big thank you to the staff there on the night - from the front of house, to chef and kitchen, to the bar and bouncer - you were amazing!
Having Alex and TJ duo perform during dinner and dancing to the DJ was amazing! Fab recommendations.
Will definitely be back and cannot recommend all enough for a very successful evening :)

Well located right opposite castle. The burgers are charged and there's no tomatoes, no gherkin. The margherita pizza at £11.50 had no tomato slices. The music is so loud near the speakers that you cannot hear the other person next to you even when shouting. A group of us went in on Saturday about 7pm . I asked a tall lady in Cardiff site, who I was told was the manager: if she would please just Lower the music a small fraction as it was so loud Could not hear the person next to you. To speak had to be away from speaker The manager took her ear piece out and She told me the volume was perfect. The place was packed with rugby fans who had been drinking since 11am. So I went round and asked quite a few people who were not drunk all said it was horrendously loud. The people that work in these bars have damaged their hearing and want the rest of us to join them.

There is no recognition or understanding between loud enjoyable and loud deafening music that damages the hearing fibres on your ear drum.

Booked bottomless brunch at the bar in York. We were so disappointed we paid £30 and the food was cold! The cocktails didn’t have much alcohol in either and was like drinking pop. I booked this as a birthday treat for my mum so cost me £60. She doesn’t get to go out much due to her disability so felt disappointed for her. Could have paid less for a meal and got a lot more for my money and better quality food and drinks. I have done bottomless brunch a few year ago here and it was so much better back then. Drinks and food were so much better. The only good point was the girl who was serving our table.

Fabulous afternoon tea. Ricardo, our lovely waiter, was so welcoming and kept us informed throughout. Lovely new decor.
Food was tasty, especially the Smore sharer!
Will return.

Came for bottomless brunch for birthday, took 30 minutes to 45 minutes for drink, had to keep complaining to get drinks, kept bringing prosecco rather than actually bringing drinks we'd asked for, food was bland and didn't bring sauces as requested, brought apology shots but not enough for table, then ended up with 3 drinks with only a short amount of time left so couldn't even enjoy, waste of money for what we got, wrote complaint and got offered either free drinks or a free bottle of alcohol with a bought package, I don't want to spend more money with a business that doesn't even care and ended up being dangerous with the amounts of drinks given at the end with barely anytime, wouldn't recommend going, emailed company my response to the complaints and got ignored, I said i wasnt happy and they thought it was closed when I'd said I didn't feel free drinks would make the situation better. I would like money back as paying over £200 for all of us to go to brunch when they cared more about the paying customers at the bar than the ones who were already seated just feels like a joke.

Never ever again!! £7.60 for two standard glasses of diet pepsi!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Latin nights on a Friday tend to be good, however I asked for a song request and the DJ asked me to kiss his friend about 7 times in order to play the song I wanted.

After I left I complained to the guard outside and he said the DJ was not his responsibility since he was hired by someone else. So if you want a Latin night with kissing requests I guess it is good! Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

I am currently filing a complaint with them as this is unacceptable behaviour.

I wish to make a complaint about the service we received today in your Nottingham cornerhouse branch! Firstly we were seated and when asked about an offer you advertised on Facebook not one member of staff had a clue what we were talking about and came back to us 10 minutes later with an answer, we then placed our drinks orders and waited 35 minutes for our drinks to come to us, if the establishment had been busy or heaving with people I would have understood howeve there was us and maybe 3/4 other tables not acceptable, in the end we went to the bar to order food as the drinks were taking so long and we had a show to get to we ordered our food there were 4 of us in total, two of our party had their food bought out and ate it before the other two had even had their food bought over, now I expect to eat together if we order together! We tried to call over a member off staff twice to speak with them about this issue and got ignored both times so in the end we just left!

I found the customer service we received today appaling and I would like my whole £40.85 meal and drinks refunding and I will never be visiting revolution again! The first and very last time awful service from start to end!
