Great price, quick shipping

I ordered a Flir One thermal imager. The price was by far the cheapest around, so I was a bit concerned that might not be the correct model, but after confirming by phone I ordered and paid and it arrived by courier super quick the next day. I couldn't be happier with the price and service.

Disgusting service

By far, the biggest scamming company. I order something of $160 including express shipping (17days prior to writing this)
they created the express but never gave it to toll and now will only give me a refund if I provide a picture of a said package they haven't even sent off. By far the most disgusting poorly organised company in Australia, will be taking action further.

Order cancelled and money not returned.

Ordered an expensive generator and paid by credit card. Money debited from my account. Four days later received an email wanting me to prove who I was by sending a photograph of my credit card or they would not complete my order. First time I have heard of this and declined to send photo. Requested they cancel my order and return my money. A week after they debited my account I sent an email requesting they return my money. No reply as yet.

Avoid.

At best: a glitchy online ordering system disadvantaging customers, a phone number which doesn't work, and poor responsiveness from at least one customer service rep.
At worst: ...
Others might trust them but I won't be joining their customers.

Their online ordering system failed to remove the shipping fee from which my order should have been exempt. Attempts to discuss with customer service by email were less than helpful, with crucial replies allegedly not received by the company (I note: the only emails which didn't eventually receive a response were those where I provided the info required to progress my enquiry). Ringing them took me to a voicemail recording which disconnected the call after putting me on hold for 5-10 minutes. The website Chat function put me in contact with a different rep who actually rang me back and was trying to process my order when he suddenly claimed to have a meeting and promised to call back to finalise. Needless to say, he didn't, and when I rang him, he said the first rep would look after things. I have just chased up with her after another day of waiting, only to be told that the second rep was supposed to have told me that they do not have any of the items in stock - even though their website has consistently shown these as immediately available throughout the week.
This experience has a lot of similarities to my customer service experience with another company which took my money, then claimed the item was out of stock and wouldn't refund (Sams Wholesale Depo - look them up on ProductReview), and is worrying enough that I would be afraid to buy from Revolution Industrial.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Very misleading! Terrible Customer service. We purchased 2 industrial heaters from them recently, they were completely ineffective so we boxed them straight back up and asked to return them. At First they said No, as they said they had to special buy them in from elsewhere, which unless you click around on the page you wont know this when purchasing, so be very careful. Then after i complained of their misleading returns policy on their website, they said they would return them in good faith. Once they received them, they sent us a picture accusing us of unscrewing the product and threading the screw holes and said they would not take them back for a refund & that if we wanted them back we would need to pay the shipping. Firstly why would we want them back when they didnt work in the first place ? and secondly what sort of customer service accuses the customer of damaging the product so that they dont have to refund it to them ? The page specified "Hassle Free 30 day returns", also had a tick next to "30 day returns" on the product..Well it has only been a hassle the entire process trying to return them.

Firstly the scammed me on my first…

Firstly they scammed me on my first purchase offering $10 discount where I was supposed to enter a code but the option to enter the code did not appear in the payment screen and it process without the opportunity to redeem. I was later informed I need to spend $100 but this was never highlighted. Then the spamming began - unrelenting everyday - even when I unsubscribed I kept getting emailed. I ever got a reply saying sorry for all the emailed but could I still do a review - here it is….

I have purchased and paid for a…

I have purchased and paid for a Starrett Professional Butchers Knife Set In Case 11 Piece on the 16th of April 2020. It was only posted on the 27th of April 2020. No notification, no calls or any other communication if I am happy with this treatment. No information prior payment either.
Whatever you buy take it into account that it will not be a regular process.
I don't like sellers like these.

I purchased a marlin oil extraction…

I purchased a marlin oil extraction unit. I have not fully tested the item yet. But appears well made. The online shopping and experience was good. Shipment of the in-stock items was fast. Ordered thursday and recieved Monday. Victoria to Sydney.
