I have used Reynolds for 18 years,I have bought 3 cars from them and always had great help and customer service,I told Neil what I was looking for,and 2 weeks later purchased my new car with help from Roy,I’ve had it a month now and it’s Really good,helpful friendly staff.

I've been a customer of Reynolds car service department now for 15-20 years, which tells its own story, and despite regularly thanking their excellent service manager, Neil, for the service they provide, I never think to take to social media / the internet to 'spread the word' (wrong generation for this to be automatic!). I spotted this opportunity to praise them wider and have jumped at it. Firstly, for a car service outlet, I trust them.....completely. The advice / recommendations they give are based on need / fact and always but always improve the car and keep car maintenance and value high. The standard of the work is superb and they take such pride in what they do, if you aren't completely happy sure about something, they gladly look into it / correct it. I hasten to add the latter situation is extremely rare....I can only think of one minor thing it the 15-20 years I've dealt with them. It's the quality of customer service and care that puts the icing on the cake though. Each and every person you deal with has a lovely manner, is polite and friendly, and can't do enough to make sure that the experience is very positive from an experience, a cost and a result perspective. In short they are a superb business and I can't praise them enough (I'm give them six stars out of five if I could!).

Great service and all that a main dealer can offer and more

I bought a car from Reynolds in May this year. Unfortunately there were lots of problems with the vehicle and I eventually returned it to them and was refunded in full.
Reynolds let me use one of their courtesy cars until they found me a replacement.

It was unfortunate that I had to return the car however the service they gave me was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

Before I wrote this review I had a quick read through the previous ones, and I am very pleased to see others taking the time to ensure that everyone in the Selby area knows that there is such a great garage available to them. I have brought half a dozen cars to be serviced and/or repaired over the 15 years or so since I discovered Reynolds, ranging from Ford Focuses and Mondeos to Mazda MX5s and BMW Z4s. All have been looked after with great care and service. Reynolds have never suggested, or carried out, any work without consulting with me, and I trust them to look after my cars. There is clearly a culture of service and professionalism at the firm, instilled by the owners, that runs from the management through to all of the staff who should feel proud to work there. And finally, Richard has excellent taste in both motorcycles and historic racing cars!

Very helpful and friendly people that made the nightmare of buying a car into a pleasent experience. When you don’t know much about cars it’s nice to be put at ease and feel you can trust the people that are selling it to you.

Staff always very helpful and always provide great customer service.
The staff on reception were brilliant with our last ford transit custom service . They carried out the service and work quickly and also spent time with our 2 young children and making them refreshments.
Well done Selby it was a great experience and we look forward to using you every time now

Excellent service - had car booked in for next week but, car was playing up earlier then booking and they took my car in straight away and repaired it - no hassle - they repaired and serviced same day and even managed to wash it as well. brilliant team of lads and I really appreciated their time and efforts

Very pleased with the service I received from this dealership, nothing was a problem for them regarding all my questions and queries relating to a vehicle I wished to purchase. Needed an unplanned repair at very short notice. They fitted an inspection in quickly but because of bank holiday they had to await delivery of Toyota parts. On receipt of part they carried out the repair in the timescale as promised. Service and support was 'A1' as usual. Barry Dane

Fitted the car in at short notice with an engine fault. Even though they were fully booked the problem was diagnosed and sorted out the same day. Can’t ask for more and the car was washed.

They will tell you exactly what the issues are and give fantastic honest advice...which might even be that something is not worth repairing,
So they're not out to rip you off and are honest, knowledgeable and highly professional.
