The best experience of buying a motor vehicle I have had, since buying my first car 28 years ago.

A couple of issues which have been dealt with quickly, professionally and without question. Buying a 9 year old second hand car, you expect minor issues but this purchase has felt like buying a brand new car.

Booked my MOT through the AA portal with this garage. Okay so an MOT is the same product wherever you go but the service makes it - the staff’s knowledge and friendly, can do attitude, a clean and organised garage, together with a free cuppa (very important!) and my car washed and brought round for me has resulted in me choosing to move my custom to this garage in the future. I’d highly recommend them - first visit and it seems nothing is too much trouble. Well done guys!

Service was completed thoroughly. Car was taken from house and delivered back which is a great help to me. The car is always returned lovely and clean inside and out.

I have been using Reynolds of Selby for many years now, I have always received outstanding customer service, the work done on my cars has been done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough.

I called in today almost unannounced around 16:00 with a battery light on and an almost dead car after a 40 mile drive home. The battery was diagnosed with a cell down, so a replacement was sourced and dropped of by van. Once fitted the alternator reared its head as not charging correctly. Gone 17:00 and they are ringing to locate and have delivered a replacement unit whilst the staff stopped back to fit it. All repaired and on my way just before 18:30. Nothing to much trouble despite I suspect 3 not so happy spouses on Valentines Day. Top work as always and I shall be going to work in the morning
