You won’t find quality or customer service like this anywhere else! We had our garden done earlier in the year and purchased Wals Bianco from here for our patio - an absolutely stunning porcelain tile which we complemented with Black Basalt (recommended by Amy). I visited again yesterday with my auntie and Amy was so so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Been loads of places looking at slabs . Contacted Craig who has gone above & beyond to help us find the right slab/ colour , just waiting on delivery now , but I must say very happy with everything & would definitely recommend to family & friends

I used this company for very first time.
I spoke to a gentleman called tom.he was very helpful and give me some helpful information. I also raised some concerns on a delivery date that i was given online.
And said I would not be there on that day.
And got all of the products I ordered delivered the day before.
I will be using this company alot more.

Nice tiles, helpful staff. Two of the tiles at the bottom of the pile were broken.

I’ve been buying paving and products from these guys for years! Great sales team-Tom, Kieth and Craig are always ready to help and get you the right product for each customer. It’s also great how I can send customers over to the outdoor display and meet them there and have one of the team assist in giving out all the right information on paving types at an instant. Not forgetting in the background Amy, Jake and the other girl and the owners. Great family run business and great sales team!

Purchased 30m2 of kandala grey Indian stone. Really well calibrated stone, and was a pleasure to work with The staff at R.F paving were very pleasant and the had the best prices around .

Great service from professional staff. Craig helped us sort the right tiles and matching edging bricks. Order went through and products held until we needed them. Delivery driver was excellent, left them as close as we could get to the work area. Quality of products and service first class.

Craig was very easy to deal with via email about my requirements for the job, very good service and paving stones, delivery was great with delivery driver getting it as as near as he possibly could, will 100% be using in the future and would recommend to others.

Really lovely and helpful company. They answered any queries i had with regards to porcelain tiles and grout. The delivery was great. The tiles were amazing quality and have made a huge difference to our garden. I also used their porcelain cleaner after winter and it made the job so much easier. Would certainly use them again.

The company are very helpful and well priced. They go the extra mile to help their customers. I bought some flags in September but never got round to laying them so I decided to get someone to do it months later. While going through the flags found a few broken. The company replaced them free of charge and went out of their way to match them up with the others. I would highly recommend them.

We deal with Rf regularly these days buying all manner of supplies including, paving composite and other building materials.
Craig who is our main contact is extremely professional, always available to chat to if I have any questions and he has loads of knowledge about the products on offer. We have had a great experience from RF paving with every single person we have dealt including Amy, Craig & Tom. We ordered the camel buff porcelain tiles from them and they were helpful from the beginning; supplying a number of samples so we could view the variations in shade, sending plenty of pictures & offering reliable advice to assist in decision making. The team have been very responsive to emails etc throughout. The tiles were delivered promptly despite having to make adjustments to the delivery method and our landscapers are incredibly complimentary as to how they were packaged, as I don’t believe we have had a single chipped tile. The quality of the product is perfect and we are thrilled with our purchase as well as choosing RF paving as our suppliers. We thoroughly recommend the company to our friends and family.
