ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICE!!

After been let down last minute from a previous supplier I spoke to Tom for the first time at RF paving on the Wednesday before easter weekend needing paving to be delivered for that weekend. After understanding my situation they did all they could by moving things around and managed to deliver on Good Friday (a bank holiday) cannot thank them enough and they are my number 1 contact from now on.

Great service as usual, not a fault at all. Very helpful at all times.

We wanted some pavers to match our existing ones and we managed to get what we wanted ( although there are loads of fantastic paving, cobbles etc available) the staff are friendly and helpful and the price was very competitive, a very easy process in the office 👍
I thought delivery was going to be a nightmare ( due to a busy awkward street), BUT the delivery driver was spot on and it was so quick and easy and dropped exactly where I wanted them.
Top quality service and we 100% recommend RF to anyone wanting paving etc.

Having moved my business over to RF from an online supplier many years ago, I have had nothing but great service from the team.
Keith, Tom and Craig are always happy to help out with any queries and I have always had great service when it comes to deliveries.
The on site display is a great addition as customers can visit to see the products in natural light on a larger scale and next to each other.

I have always found RF paving extremely helpful, for example I had a tub of brush in jointing compound and 1 of the 2 bags had gone off (though no fault of their own) I was in desperate need of this last bag and rang the office up but as it was about 2-3 o'clock on a Friday they didn't have any deliveries out or going out to help me so instead they sourced the same make and colour that was available at a nearby builders merchants and refunded me the the tub. Absolute excellent customer service.

Served by Tom right from the outset.
Great product knowledge and advice.
Delivery to suit both parties and well communicated.
Had a couple of full pallets left over. Had them picked up and refunded.
All in all would definitely buy again from RF Paving.
