I can't express how amazing the service is at R&G!! Had a nasty off while racing and damaged my rear set :(
But I contacted the team at R&G and even though the parts were discontinued. They went above and beyond to find me some spares!

When I inquired about lead time for case covers for my 2009 ZX-6R, which were not listed as "in stock", I got a quick and helpful response, and received my order within a little more than a week. While I hope I never have to personally test these case covers (by crashing), my first impression is they seem sturdy and well built, and I have seen them save more than a few engine cases from serious damage at the track. Overall, great customer service, good product, good prices. You won't get buyers remorse doing business with R&G.

I have several R&G products on my 2019 CB650R such as frame sliders, bar ends and radiator protector and heated hand grips. All are well made and look great! Most recently I noticed that my heated hand grips had worn down as all of them will do over time, I reached out to R&G Support. Scott Thompson reached back out to me directly by email, asked for some details and sent the replacements at no charge. It is truly rare to get service like this and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely give them more of my business in the future! Great job to the R&G Racing Team and Scott!

I recently received a tail tidy from R&G for my 2024 Duke 390 and LOVE the look of it. It completes the bike very well and is well made. Only issue (if you could call it that) is that there is a small gap where water/dirt could potentially get into the bike where the tail piece attaches. I reached out to customer support and immediately heard back from them and they said they would mail me a seal I could place in there for a tighter fit. Overall I am very happy with the product and customer support.

I have been a customer of R&G for a while, purchasing various products for my motorcycle. While their items are generally high quality, I recently needed a replacement bolt for crash protectors, and the response was swift, with the needed part sent quickly. Scott Thompson was particularly helpful during my dealings with the company. Despite these positive aspects, I did face a minor issue when a clip on a product was not properly attached. However, they resolved it efficiently by sending a replacement. Overall, R&G offers decent service, but there's room for improvement.

Really really good stuff, ordered a tail tidy, indicators, resistors and a relay and fair play it fit perfectly and has that premium quality feel and the leds in the indicators are amazing
I’ve purchased multiple R&G products over the years for my Z900, as they’re always top quality and look the part. My reason for this review is that I needed a replacement bolt for the R&G crash protectors that I purchased last year. I sent them an email, and within 1 hour they replied and confirmed that a replacement bolt is on the way to me.
