Seamless transaction
Seamless transaction! Hired the 9 seat Mercedes Vito for our trip to the Europa League Final in Bilbao. From start to finish the communication was excellent, the van clean and more importantly reliable. Everything was explained should we need assistance on the continent. Cannot fault RGM and they certainly will be our first consideration for our next European excursion, well done and thank you

Cannot fault the service we were given it was so quick to book you have to give all your details online which is really easy which is confirmed so no last minute problems when you arrive.
Pick up and drop off also ok nice and straightforward explaining how everything works will definitely use again.👍

What an Amazing team at RGM!
The team at RGM made a very stressful house move a far greater experience. From the moment of our enquiry for a van to the point we took it back the Customer Care was just exceptional! Ali's superfast responses to all our questions in the lead up to the van hire was just exceptional, polite, courteous and simply could not do enough to make it all so easy. The van pick up was seamless and well-informed and dropping off was just as easy! Richard was a pure gentleman and added a fabulous nice touch to congratulate us on our house move. I would recommend RGM Van and Rental for every occasion as they are miles ahead of any other van rentals I have experienced - Amazing team!

What a refreshing change
What a refreshing change. A stress free experience from an excellent company. It was easy to book the van via the website. On arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was shown around the van and everything was explained to me.
When I returned the van again it was a very easy process. Most definitely the best experience ive had. Thank you to you all.

Really easy process and a reasonable rate. I hired a large van for a day. It was bigger than I thought but very easy to drive. Great that it's local and I could leave my own car there too.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Great customer service, great price for the hire of a 7.5t lorry to move house. Without a doubt, if I ever need to hire a vehicle again I wouldn't hesitate to use RGM again. I'd rather spend my money with a local company ad opposed to the big firms.

Stuff to auction
Hired a van to take stuff to auction. Online booking form great and very friendly on the phone.
The rates are good and the starter instructions clear.
I'm a non van driver so it was good not only to have a large yard but a long drive to get used to the clutch and changing gear safely before hitting traffic.
