5/5 for customer service. I received a wrong item in my package however not to the fault of RHDJapan as the part they got from the local dealer was initially labeled wrong. RHDJapan (Tamaki Ueda) offered to switch the item at no cost from myself.

I removed one star as much like others, I lost a little bit of money from conversion rates as a part I ordered was suddenly not available even though on their site it said "stock checked, available" or something like that.

RHDJapan is one of the best resources to get Japanese parts for your car. Their prices are often reasonable or beat other sellers entirely. They ship quickly and are super-helpful when you need a question answered or getting parts not listed on the site, as they have contact with nearly any tuning/parts shop. I've placed quite a few orders with them now and have always had a good experience

RHDJapan is the best go to spot for JDM aftermarket parts! The selection is amazing and expansive with pricing very transparent and competitive. If there is ever a part not seen on the site you can inquire where they most likely are able to source the hard-to-get items from small tuner shops! The Help Desk is very quick, responsive, and polite. Packing is very much done the Japanese way where everything is very securely packed with consideration and organization. Shipping is fast and efficient.

Bought a set of Braided brake hoses and one of the hoses leaked from instillation and I gave them many many opportunities to help but RHD Japan did everything to avoid a return even asking me to pay for the return of of a FAULTY SAFETY product that had the potential to kill either myself or my family, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
