Great value IPad case gives excellent protection whilst still looking good. Well made and excellent value. Highly recommended.

We have been looking to replace our old iPad air2 cases for weeks and we were pleased to find some superb Rhino cases online which we ordered and they were delivered so quickly, fit perfectly and are the business!

I still haven’t received the item, tried to track it through Royal Mail. Hence unable to comment, it is frustrating to receive a feedback email before it arrives. Rhino cases have not responded, the chat result was “it has been fulfilled”!!! No contact number!

The mail strike kept me waiting awhile however it was posted through my letterbox today and I am very happy with the fit and the way my iPad sits in the grooves. It’s a bit wobbly when elevated which means a bit more finger pressure with some actions!

What a cynical company! I ordered a case for iPad 9th gen. Website showed case with NO internal pencil holder. I was sent a case with an internal pencil holder, so the WRONG item. It makes the case asymmetrical, and unstable when propped horizontally. I followed the returns policy on website for return shipping label, the definition of which is PRE PAID (look it up). They (Fay) refused. I’m reluctant to throw good money after bad, and no longer trust them to honour their refund policy anyway, having failed thus far. They must know this, so it’s their de facto Returns Policy. DON’T USE Rhino Cases because even when they send something not as described (see Consumer Rights Act 2015) they expect you to pay for putting it right. Cynical at the very least.

This is the second case I’ve bought from Rhino Cases because the quality is excellent. I needed to replace it due to changing my iPad. I have given 4* because I don’t like the colour, I bought Rose Gold because the red had sold out. It has a pearly sheen similar to nail polish which I don’t like but that’s my personal taste. Also, this case has an integrated pencil holder (9th gen) which sits at the front edge and makes the case larger. Handy for some but I don’t use a pencil. I found that when closed, the lid sits back a bit from the front edge of the base and the inside pink (which is quite bright) can be seen. The larger size also means that the Apple logo which sits in the middle of the hole is now offset. I little thing but may be important to some. I have returned the case with no problem and am happy to recommend and I would certainly buy from this company again.

Quick delivery. Lovely colour ! VERY good quality inside & out ! When it’s propped up it stays there & I feel it’s safe enough NOT to collapse like other cases I’ve purchased previously with other companies. Would definitely buy again from you !

This iPad case seems so much sturdier than others I have bought. Particularly impressed by the deeper grooves on the inside for standing the iPad up and the fact that I could have it in portrait mode rather than just landscape.
Worth paying the extra that I usually pay. Excellent delivery times

The product is very good but communication with the supplier is very poor, if you need an invoice you're going to struggle.
