The item that arrived was not the one I ordered and you have ignored all my attempts to contact you about a return / exchange. You don't have a phone number so I am at loss to know what to do about it.

Really tough rugged case. The only annoyance is when stood up on either first or second slot my iPad seems to lean backwards with the weight, rendering it impossible for it to be used for video calls.

Had ordered a cheaper product elsewhere but it was poor quality and broken when received. Rhino is much stronger.

Excellent case for I pad air 1st generation.

Just what I wanted. Firstly I can rotate and use the ipad in portrait mode, and secondly to keep my ipad pencil securely on the charging port. Excellent quality and as one of the cheapest on the market, excellent value too. Very pleased with my Rhino case.

I ordered a case and the wrong case was delivered. No contact from the company tried Facebook, Twitter and email. All the contact numbers do not work. I had to claim a refund via PayPal and again even to PayPal there was no response from rhinocases. It is such a shame the customer service lets down this company as the iPad cases look amazing I just wish I had been sent the correct one!

Nice robust, quality product which both looks and feels like it will properly protect your ipad. Not only from general wear and tear but also the odd accidental drop.
Well worth the extra money than the run of the mill Chinese imports.

On my second case now. Tried others, in fact received another make the other day which was the same price. Guess what. Rubbish doesn’t fit properly.

I ordered the wrong size and had to send back, refund was very quick so I then ordered the correct size, once again I received very quickly and the quality is amazing, before ordering these I looked in all the local shops and was not impressed with the quality, but Rhino quality and service was amazing, am so pleased and will always use them in the future.
