Super bad!!! The Design peeled off after just 2 weeks of use. It not only looks awful and dirty now, the case also doesn't even fit on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra??!

Incorrect product received and no reply from customer services after 3 weeks

My SolidSuit Case arrived today for my iphone 13, I have had previous Rhinoshield cases that have fitted perfectly, yet this case arrived warped, and it does not fit well. most of the metal sides of my phone are showing, and this should not be so, I immediately submitted a request to return the item. In less than 12 hours Rhinoshield Customer Service responded and refunded me in full, this is a very welcomed response.

I recently purchased a Rhinoshield screen protector, and I must say I'm disappointed. The protector is incredibly thin, offering minimal impact protection. It feels like it won't do much in case of a real impact, making me question its effectiveness. DO NOT BUY THE SCREEN PROTECTORS. HORRIBLE.

The case is okay too

Got a case over 2 years ago, and reanently on of the buttons broke apart. I contacted costumer service and got sent a new set of buttons for free.

Delivery is bad there company is rubbish there prices are bad don’t trust them really poor customer service too

I thought the case looked strong a sturdy but unfortunately I was wrong. I would avoid these cases and look elsewhere

I so disappointed with the quality and the price, the case is hard plastic and it much better spiegel costing a third part of this one, the customizable case is just a sticker on a black case.

I can't recommend it at all, it's overpriced and I expected better quality.

Spiegel is 100 times much better for less money.

Purchased a card to use with their case to fix a wrist strap to. Within a week the metal clip had started to come away from the card. Sent two emails to them to report it but no response. Their warranty is about as solid as their products.

Do not buy this phone case! It is an absolute rip off for the price. I love the design, but within the first two weeks of having it parts of the design are already chipping off. The material of the phone case feels like poorly made plastic from China. And the shipping is two weeks! It is not worth it, don’t buy this phone case

Massively overrated and overpriced products, surely they must be paying YouTubers for good reviews because all of my items seem so cheap

I purchased the RhinoShield iPhone 11 bumper case with high hopes, but unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed with my experience. Within just a few weeks of use, the white case has turned a dingy beige color, and it has accumulated unsightly black marks on every corner. It's not just an issue of appearance; it's become nearly impossible to keep the case looking clean and presentable.

I expected a phone case to not only protect my device but also maintain its appearance. Regrettably, the RhinoShield case has fallen short on both fronts. It's frustrating to have a case that not only fails to preserve its color but also seems to attract dirt and discoloration so easily.

I've tried to clean it, but it doesn't seem to help, making the case look rather unappealing. A case should enhance the look of your phone, not make it look worse. For these reasons, I cannot recommend the RhinoShield iPhone 11 bumper case.

Overall, I'm left feeling unsatisfied with my purchase and would advise potential buyers to consider other options for a more durable and visually appealing case for their iPhone.

Bought a ZenFone 10 screen protector and they sent a (poorly disguised) ZenFone 9 one the just put a new sticker over.
Result, it is too small as screen the ZenFone 10 is slightly bigger. The quality looks nothing like advertised on RHINOSHIELD or Asus websites (not covering properly and not nice to use with android side gestures.)

Avoid, the "premium" shtick is a sham.

I’ve ordered several cases from RHINOSHIELD had good experience with them. The cases were good quality and I liked their customisation options. Delivery was a bit long which it would be more helpful if stated early. But overall I like their products.

I read reviews on here and questioned my sanity on purchasing a phone case for best part of £40 with bad reviews. However 6 days after I ordered, I did email to ask for an update and got a reply straight back with an update. Arrived within 2 weeks as advised upon purchase. Perfect fit. Really pleased.

I used my bumper case on my brand new iPhone and because the bumper did not fit tightly around the phone, bits of dirt got inside the bumper case and scratched all of my phone. My phone would have been safer without a case.

Upon reading the FAQ’s after waiting a week for delivery, I find in the small print that every case is sent individually from Taiwan. So my phone is currently naked waiting for international shipping - not what I expect for a case I’ve paid over £50 quid for. Been better off buying from Amazon.

The case was awful, even holding it caused the buttons to make contact with the volume buttons which constantly made the sound go up and down on the phone. The magnet in the case fell off from the glue within a day proving awful workmanship, I have tried to contact the company numerous times and have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they’re robbing people and not responding to emails, have initiated a complaint with my card issuer to get the money back from these thieves !

First time buyer of Rhinoshield - normally Casetify as the go-to.

I regret it … the case felt good but on the iPhone 15 Pro Max was extremely difficult to take off. Which amazing if you drop it ! No.

After about 5 days of use - the first drop on the phone caused it to pop out of the case slightly which therefore damaged the phone … luckily mostly the screen protector, but unfortunately also the titanium frame itself …

I never write reviews - but if you’re spending upwards of £1000 on a phone I would advise you not buy from Rhinoshield
