Rhino’s have a thick skin. But this company beats that hands down !
This organisation is situated in Bradford UK and prides itself on supplying all manner of automotive
parts generally of the DIY bolt on variety.
They are excellent at delivering the chosen item, and needless to say are excellent at billing their invoice
value immediately, but when it comes to returning an item that is ordered in error, they refuse to reply to any email, their telephone is always redirected to another department who never return the promised call, and on top of this the item was sent without a VAT invoice thus denying the purchaser the principal
of claiming the proportion of VAT due.
Be very careful when using this company, they are, without doubt, third rate.
In addition to my earlier comments in respect of this company I received an automated response from Mailer - Daemon advising me that the mailbox used by Rhinoworldwide.com had refused to accept any mail following a 24.4 hour period.
I shall therefore adjust my review by reducing their rating to zero stars.
Fortunately I have used PayPal to settle the account and will attempt to use their in house disputes system.
This is yet another company that enjoy using our money for a further 12 days, having received the returned item they advise that the credit will be applied to your card some 10 to 12 days later on. ????
