I was genuinely panicking when my order arrived missing. I’m a huge fan of Rhode, and since this was a limited-edition item that had already sold out, I thought there was no chance of sorting it out. When I contacted the Rhode team, I honestly wasn’t expecting much but you really came through and kept me in the Rhode squad. I truly appreciate how reassuring and kind you were throughout.

I had a small issue with my order and needed to return one product. The customer service team impressed me with their extremely positive attitude — my return was accepted immediately.

Rhode truly shows that they care about their customers. This wasn’t my first purchase, and it definitely won’t be my last.
A high-quality brand — this level of service is something I genuinely appreciate.

It’s the fourth time I order something from rhode, and I’m always satisfied by their products, maybe the spedition should be faster but for the rest it’s all amazing and I love every of their products: skincare is fastastic and it makes your skin so hydrated and glowy, the blushes and lip tint and lip contour are magnificent. Right now I’m waiting for my cover but I know it’s gonna be super!! Love u Haileyy ♥️

My products didn’t get delivered! When contacting customer service they are taking no responsibility!! The fact they can send thousands of free products to influencers and don’t even try to help paying customers is discusting! Do not use this company, other products out there with better customer experience!!

I will never use Rhode again. The only hype is that Haliey promoted it. Maybe she should go back to what she is good at as this will all fizzle out soon.

Horrible courier used by Rhode. For one whole week, they notify that my parcel is out for delivery but then by the end of the day they cancel it. If ordering in the UK beware!

Been purchasing rhode since its first launch. And the customer service is getting better. Especially on this specific one on monday 17th 10pm SGT. a very helpful online assistant. Been asking about my orders and they got back to me quite quick.

The glazing mist is not as hydrating as i expected it to be. It feels a bit too light on skin even though it feels good on skin. Does't smell.
The glazing milk is exactly as i expected it to be. fully hydrating feels good even though the smell is not top tier. I really enjoy the soft tooching it gives to the skin. I though it was gonna be a bit too wet or sticky but not at all. really soft.
The peptide lip tint feels so good it's hydrating and doest feel sticky AT ALL. I got it in shade salty tan and it looks so pretty. thank you! I'm also acne prone skin and it didnt break me out at all! it calmed my rednesses like crazy in just few days i noticed my skin barrier felt so much better. so much healthier.

had an issue with my order and the customer service team were amazing!! immediately resolved my problem with evri and stopped me worrying. they responded within a few hours and my order was confirmed so quickly. truly could not have been better. plus, their products are amazing 🤭 super good for sensitive skin and just gorgeous

The lip treatment made my lips and all around my lips so sore also got dermatitis all around my eyes from the blush from applying it on my cheeks and eyelids absolutely disgraceful that this is being sold was so expensive too a complete waste of money.

The product I purchased was the glazing milk. I have ordered this multiple times, and I never am disappointed with the end results. This is such a truly hydrating, refreshing, and nice skincare products. I have been using this product for a year now, and my skin as become softer and clearer. Overall, the company its self is great, the delivery was on time, and the customer service providers were amazing. I really recommend trying any of Hailey's products!

Absolutely terrible, evri have lost my parcel apparently and i have contacted Rhode on 5 occasions.
Very frustrating as its an email with a 2/3 day waiting window for a reply.
On the reply they’re assuring me my orders is on its way but my tracking number said its not.
I called evri put in my order number they reply with parcel is lost contact seller for a refund then seller (rhode) tell me everything is fine!!
SORRY ITS NOT FINE AND IM OUT OF POCKET DISAPPOINTED AND STILL NO RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM… Rhode PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER.
I have even messaged in instagram.
