Very Dissatisfied Customer!!!

I have read other comments from unhappy customers and wished I had seen these reviews prior to getting involved in something with a monthly charge. I thought I was buying a kit with all the interpretations of the tests on detailed color graphs etc. I am being charged a monthly fee of $19.99/ month!!! I can’t get in touch with anyone except via texting and even that’s difficult! The customer support kept telling me to go to my bank. I know what the bank will say as well as pay pal or however the payment is being made, the banks kick you back to the Seller!!!
That is a vicious cycle with no solution!
I am not happy at all with this company!
There’s no place to find out how to cancel the subscription, and God forbid there’s a phone number to call and if there is one they never answer!!! Don’t ever get involved with this website bc you will see the problems you will have to get out of the mess. I’e tried for months to reach this company with no success until recently through texting. This woman would not get her supervisor and she abruptly ended my communication!
I cannot deal with having money removed from my account when I clearly do not want their product!!! I was told you didn’t pay for the Ribbon Box Test Kit, but rather paying for an App that you compare your test results on!!! It’s not made clear on their site just what they want. This I found out when I said ok I’ll just suck up the cost of the lit but please stop making withdrawals from my account as I don’t want it for months now bc it’s not easy to contact them. I requested my money back by original meirhod of payment and she said NO that the purchase was beyond 30 days!!! Have they stretched the time frame out on purpose so as not to reimburse me???
All I know is I am very angry and feel taken advantage of bc of a poorly constructed website or some reason!!!
I cannot afford money taken from my account bc they won’t cancel this account when they don’t answer or return Texts and attempts to call. Nicely put it’s all a total scam.😡😡😡🤬

What a scam

What a scam! The product is unusable and the company is not even in this country! I sent a cancel email when I finally found an email address but I want a refund for the unknown monthly charges as you scammed me! The kit was never usable! I’m a senior on a fixed income and you should be ashamed!

I agree with all the other…

I agree with all the other reviews...the $19.99 monthly charge was not made obvious when I ordered the test kit. I do not trust a company that does things in a way that is not upfront and out in the open. And now I can not log into my account to even use the testing kits as their system seems not to respond. Buyer beware. They are not a good company to align yourself with.

They charge a monthly fee of 19.99 to get results , they say it’s shown at checkout. I didn’t see it. I got it for my mom to detect early UTI issues. At this rate a doc will be cheaper if she only has concerns 1 or 2 times a year.

This is a scam

This is a scam. After purchasing a test, they started charging $19.99 each month to my card. I never agreed to a subscription. I disputed the transaction and got a new card, after which they somehow STILL managed to charge the new card. Their website does not even have a login function. Do not buy anything from them.

Had no idea I’d be charged 19.99 per month!!! Come to find out, there’s a 4.99 per month option but again, I never saw a choice or any information regarding an ongoing monthly fee! Very disappointing and seems fraudulent.

SCAM‼️ Do not buy ribbon checkup ‼️Site is set up where you almost cannot get oit of the HIDDEN 19.99 recurring monthly charge‼️

I tried for MONTHS ‼️‼️to find where to cancel. - simply from getting busy - sidetracked - > and then seeing rhe recurring 19.99 charge AGAIN! to cancel and JUST NOW, after being extremely UGLY through the ribboncheckup.com chat, was I able to get a link to cancel the recurring 19.99 charge that is HIDDEN when you purchase these.
•• There is absolutely no way to get to any cancellation aspect through the online basic site, when you do go try to cancel, after purchase. Which , I believe to be designed specifically for that reason,

Don't explain the $19.99 recurring charge each month. Much cheaper to just go to the doctor. Customer service is horrible. They are ripping people off! I would stay clear of them.

You will be charged if you use 19.99 and it’s not worth the time as it’s not even regulated by the FDA. If you fell into there false advertising FILE a complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately!!! They should not be selling this product to anyone . ITS A SCAM

I've been getting charged 19.99$ every month since I bought a kit. Its a scam. DONT BUY IT. The tests don't even work, as my doctors test had completely different results. They dont tell you after you buy it that it was reoccur a 20$ monthly subscription just to download the app. It doesnt matter if you use the app, have it installed or never even opened it. Once you scan the QR code on your box it starts charging you without telling you.

Something isn’t right with this company.

The hidden monthly charge of 19.99 was irritating but even more so when you find out that there is no access to use what you are being charged for within the US. Canceled subscription but I want a refund for my last subscription charge. Is this not fraudulent?

Total Scammers

Total Scammers. This is what happens when you make a purchase on Instagram. Service not available. No valid contact info available, neither email or phone number. They keep rebilling you $19.99 every month for nothing. The kit you purchased for $51.00 is also worthless as there is no application available as the company is not in service. In checking with the FDA, there is NO device test kit on the FDA's lists as approved. That would mean that this kit is totally illegal. In fact, there is no contact info on the box or within the contents of the box printed anywhere as required by the FDA.

Phone number disconnected and enrolls…

Phone number disconnected and enrolls you in subscription that you cannot cancel !! Then they respond with the BS below with no way to get refunded once you finally figure out how to cancel for a subscription that is worthless and does nothing for you ! How about the entire time we tried contacting you via the disconnected phone number or thru PayPal for a refund on all the deductions you stole ! It’s bad actors like yours that make healthcare worse than it’s ever been!

Scam. Can't be used without subscription.

Purchased a large quantity of test strips. Then found out that you can't actually use the strips you already paid for unless you continually pay $19.99 per month. So the whole package is a loss. It is advertised as a good way to monitor health on an ongoing basis.
