Utterly disappointed
I made an order mid-February, and have received no correspondence since. Tracking says it hasn't even been processed yet. A shame as it meant my toddler didn't get her birthday present. Don't bother emailing support, they don't reply. Listen to the warnings and avoid!
Edit 15/03/20: as soon as I wrote this review the company did get in contact with me and my item was sent out immediately. They were very polite and sorry for the inconvenience. I can't give any more than three stars though because even though I may have been an edge case not only did my order fall through the cracks so did my email to cs (and a follow up email) and it's unfortunate that it took writing a bad review for me to actually get my item and a response from the company.

So following on from my previous review and ricco toys reply that they would reply in 24hrs,I emailed them again regarding my query and still no reply!
I would strongly recommend that nobody buy from this company.
