Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service! Sent 4 emails and not had any responses. Would not reccomend.

Just to respond to your response. I have already emailed and been ignored. As for my reviews I give honest reviews! I think you need to go to spec savers or admit your a liar! I think your overall score speaks for itself.

This company is unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

This company is unprofessional and extremely frustrating to communicate with. Taylor Vickers from customer services verges on rude and she appears very disinterested. Some of her email replies have taken up to 10 days. Then, after this wait, frustratingly, Taylor has asked me to resubmit photos that I had sent in over a fortnight beforehand, because her colleague had “not forwarded them on to me”.

Has my problem been resolved? No, not so far, I am now going to email the owner.
But I’m not holding my breath.

Really difficult company to deal with

Richard Lang has great products but they are so difficult to deal with.
Even if something is in stock it can take well over a week/couple of weeks between making the payment to actually getting the products and I always have to chase constantly.
Most other wholesalers have next day delivery available and it seems ridiculous that you have to wait so long for products from RL.
Currently waiting on a payment link I asked for on Monday (today is Thursday) just to even make the payment for items in stock.

Shocking Company to deal with

Shocking Company to deal with. There is no service from this company. They make promises they don't keep. The website says something is in stock but it's not and then you have to chase and chase to initially be told it will be here next week, and then on following up, they've no idea if/when it will be here. Lovely products but just not worth persevering with them. They have no interest in providing a service.
