Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased. Ordered NeeDoh advent calendars being advertised on instagram. Looked genuine but what I’ve received are fakes. I’m contacting them about return and refund but not holding out much hope after reading this. DEFINITELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

What a disgrace- I bought Dysokids toy vacuum cleaners (£63) and they displayed the trademark ( tm) sign on the advert so I thought they were genuine Dyson products ( that I can get cheaper on the Dyson website btw) they arrived and I can’t give them as gifts as intended because the were such poor quality. Additionally both boxes were damaged in transit. Feel very silly to have been scammed in this way. I’ve asked for free returns and a refund - let’s see……

Deserves a minus rating! Awful products and awful company. They sent me a product that was completely different from what was advertised. Extremely disappointing experience and misleading advertising. Do not use this company! Poor Customer service very unhelpful and they pass the blame onto couriers, how when the courier doesn't sell misrepresented products! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a picture frame for our granddaughter for Christmas on December 10th, a package arrived on December 24th and on opening the package we found a cheap fake wood frame completely different from what we ordered, only way to contact this company is by email, no response after 14 days, when I tried to contact them again still no response, it took a month for them to respond and was informed I would have to return the frame to China using track and trace which would cost nearly the £38.94 I paid for it after several attempts to get a satisfactory response, even offering to return to a UK address at my own cost they simply offered a 30% refund, I have now resorted to contacting my bank and they are pursuing this now.
Bunch of con merchants! Don't go near them, try to give the impression they are a small family run business, be warned! They are still advertising on social media

Do not use this company! On their instagram ad it looked like a small family run business.
The clean canvas I ordered from them still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over a month( Their shipping info says it should be 12 days) When I emailed them about it I received a generic email and no apology, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the item was shipped. So disappointing that this item is probably coming from China (although this isn’t disclosed on their website). If it does ever arrive I will be sending it straight back - I refuse to give them my money after such terrible customer service.

Would give zero stars. Bought as Christmas gift for my daughter from FB ad. Wrote customer service in late December to return. Took 4 emails to get a response in late February that I must tell them what’s wrong with it (nothing, she just doesn’t want it) and that I have to pay shipping back to China!

Absolutely terrible store. Wrong product sent. The product that was sent was terrible quality anyway. No response from customer service. Avoid at all costs

Goods sent have nothing to do with the pictures one the website - dreadful quality - different product was sent to the one that I ordered. My email was not responded to and my negative review was not added to their website!!!

Rubbish and poor quality product. Rubbish customer service- two emails unanswered regarding their faulty product. AVOID

Ordered bounce blocks. Plural. Picture indicated 6 blocks. Cost $50.
When arrived there was one block. They were very responsive with email. However they were clear that the order was for one block. Despite the plural verbage and the picture. Not sure how my grandchild will enjoy the one block.

The item I ordered took 3 week to come and when arrived was a cheaper Chinese knock off. It arrived too late to gift so I requested a refund as per their website, after multiple emails I still haven't recieved a reply. Scammersl, do not use.

Awful. Do not order from them. Bought 2 games and the games I received were not the same as the description and pictures, cheaper versions that don’t even have the same features. Still trying to get a refund

Do not use this company ordered stepping blocks not clear what you are ordering I received one block of horrid polystyrene block. The returns policy is unsustainable and nothing short of a scam you have to send goods back to China

Company is based in China. Paid £26 and received one polystyrene block. Company request item is track posted back to China making it even dearer. BE WARNED! ⚠️ ⚠️

Order stepping blocks at £68.99 I received 3 polystyrene circles. Total scam company can't give grandchildren for Christmas. Total scam not even worth 1 star . Scam company

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered bounce blocks. Paid £68 to what I thought was a UK company but actually based in China. Ordered on 3rd November and took over a month to arrive, and was 6 plastics cheap blocks wrapped in plastic which can’t be worth more than £10! Disgusting. Wish I had read the reviews but my daughter requested for my grandson’s for Xmas!

I ordered some bounce blocks on 31st Oct 2024 and still nothing. No response to emails. Not a company I would recommend!!

1 part of a 6 part toy recieved, Richmond Rose wont refund unless I send the only bounce block back to China and I have to pay and have the package tracked! Terrible company, I advise DONT USE THEM.
