Richmond Motor Group - Hyundai Bognor Regis Reviews 

Purchased a car nearly 12 months ago, it only came with one key. We were promised a spare would be sent out to us. A few months went by and we hadn’t heard anything so chased up via a phone and was told they are done in batches so can take a while but don’t worry we will be getting one. Fast forward several months and still no spare key despite numerous phone calls, email & live chat - promises of a call back never materialise and I’m starting to think we will never get the key as promised. Unfortunately it seems as soon as the sale goes through and form of after care goes out the window.

From just popping in to the Bognor Regis showroom, with a general enquiry, to driving my new car away yesterday has been a very positive experience. The whole showroom, staff and cars reflect the attention to detail that makes it a very positive experience. We were taken through the process by Louis who was very genuine, and he made sure that we test drove the best model for us. He had a very easy manner, so we understood the system and were confident to proceed. I can't recommend them highly enough. The Inster car we purchased is fantastic, I would encourage anyone with an interest to go there.

We’ve found Richmond Hyundai dealership in Bognor really helpful and easy to use. The whole process has been fast, simple and pleasant, mainly down to Maz and his great customer service skills. He took all our requirements and found us a car that matched our budget and colour choices etc and set us up with a test drive. They’ve got a great computer system that stores everything and the whole process has been great. Super happy to be picking up the new car today!

I visited Richmond MG Bognor and test drove an MG EV4. The sales person was Sarah and she did a good job - I would have bought the car from them but found that I could get a significantly cheaper monthly lease by dealing directly with a lease company. MG and Richmond need to get together and work out how they can offer sharper lease deals. I will take my new EV4 to Richmond for service each year and hopefully that will compensate them for Sarah's wasted time and the miles I put on their demo car.
