Majorly disappointed
Really disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I bought my car from another dealer but any service work has to go to MG. It has been in twice since I got the car (July 2025.) The person I have been speaking to has been rude in person and the way I have been spoken to is not how you talk to people you want to
provide good service to. They are refusing to say what is wrong with my car and can’t do anything about it, despite there being photo evidence. My case has now been passed to another advisor without me being told and all emails have been ignored. This is not the first time. Really unhappy with the service i’ve been provided, especially for the amount I pay each month.

Buying my brand new MG ZS!
I brought my MG ZS yesterday and was dealt with Marius and Sheila. They was both absolutely incredible in helping me getting the right car for me and my fiancé’s needs and wants. I went to look for the cars and I just couldn't resist to buy MG that was exactly what I always wanted. James was brilliant he explained everything to me especially I don't know much about cars. He was patient with me and he was so helpful. That was first time in my life when I bought car by myself and James he was amazing to help me choose the right one and didn't push for highest spec model he listen what I want and he make me feel that this one was a perfect choice for me. I am so happy with service and engaging conversation.
